Help Send Someone to Ranger Rendezvous
The Bill Supernaugh Memorial Scholarship Fund was established by his family to help early career employees attend their first Ranger Rendezvous. ANPR has already raised $1900 to help support 5-6 scholarship winners. We'd love to receive at least $3000 in donations this year so that we can support over 10 attendees! Please help us reach our goal by donating at www.anpr.orgTo learn more about the eligibility criteria, what recipients receive, and how to apply for a Supernaugh Scholarship, click here. Your generous contributions are greatly appreciated!

Share Your Story at Ranger Rendezvous
Have you worked on a successful project you want to share? Would you like to tell your colleagues why your park is special? This year's Ranger Rendezvous will feature a one-hour session of "speed talks." Each participant will have five minutes to show images and tell their story. Any park-related topic is welcome. To sign up, email ANPR's business manager at: anprbusinessmanager@gmail.com.

Send Us Content for Ranger Magazine
Ranger magazine is your ANPR journal, with content provided almost entirely by members. Please send us All in the Family listings of retirement announcements and other personnel news, as well as letters to the editor and any other information to share with your colleagues.

Ranger is planning to add professional training announcements to its listings. Please pass along trainings for rangers at least 6-9 months prior to the training dates. These items should be short and include a title, date, place, very short description, as well as contact and registration information. We'd also like to publish short book listings with your help, so please send along book suggestions to share with our readers.

Thank you for helping to make Ranger your professional publication of choice. Please email us at rangermag.editor@gmail.com with your content and suggestions.
- Ann Dee Allen, Ranger Editor
Our Members in the News
ANPR member and treasurer Tom Banks was lucky enough to be interviewed by Time Magazine earlier this year for Time's 2016 summer edition celebrating the 100th anniversary of the National Park Service. You can read the interview on pages 84-85 of the special edition wherever magazines are sold. He gave a shout-out to learn more about the ranger profession by visiting ANPR's website. Congrats, Tom!
