Donor Family Picnic
Donor Family Summer Picnic

Join us for a gathering put on by the Donor Family Advisory Committee for Donor Families to meet one another, share stories, and create community amongst friends. Families are welcome to bring a keepsake of their loved one to display on the Memories Table, a place to share something about your loved one with others. The gathering will be on Saturday, August 20th from 2-4:30pm at Willamette Park in Corvallis. Though some food and refreshments are provided, we encourage participants to bring a shared potluck dish for the gathering.

On the Road Again...

Congratulations and good luck to Aimee as she takes on new duties as Manager of Education Initiatives. In this position, she will continue to travel across Oregon and SW Washington, teaching and raising awareness about organ, eye, and tissue donation. A large portion of her focus will still be to reach youth through education, but she will also seek to educate more communities across a broader area. In September, she will hit the road again, spending most of her time away from Portland. She will be traveling, finding ways to reach more rural communities and support our valued volunteers outside of the Portland area. Look for Aimee in your town!

If you would like Aimee to come visit your town or attend an event, please contact her at adelmaai@ohsu.edu.
