Update Your License
The Tool Editor allows the user to create tool geometry visually and save tool files for future use.

New features
You can now build indexable cutters with 3D assistance; build your cutter and it will instantly be generated in 3D for your verification. We have also increased the maximum level count from 20 to 100, and maximum flute count from 20 to 50. Legend images and tips have also been improved to assist you in entering your cutting tool parameters correctly.

Future work
Structural flexibility will be added to the tool editor.
New Distributor: MAL is now working with Mr. Fernando Flores in Mexico, where he is expanding our customer base in the region. Fernando has worked with difficult-to-cut materials as a process engineer in the machining field. He has a M.Sc. from The University of Sheffield, where he was able to use CutPro Simulation Software.
ChatterPro Mobile (Android) allows the user to potentially detect chatter vibrations during machining using your smartphone device.

How it works
Enter your spindle speed and number of flutes, and hold your phone close to the machining zone. ChatterPro will detect frequencies that do not correspond to machining (noise), and will suggest new speeds to eliminate those vibrations.
CutPro v12: We will be releasing the next version of CutPro in the first month of 2017. You can expect two new modules (Data Acquisition & Tap Testing) and one upgraded module (Modal Analysis). Please contact us if you would like to provide us with feedback for the next version of CutPro.
Visit our website to watch short video manuals on impact testing, equipment setup and installation, modal parameters identification, process simulation and proper cutting conditions selection. Guides such as the CutPro Start-to-Finish guide are also available. To request a quote or an online demo version, please visit our website or use the navigation buttons below.
