In order to seek a disaster declaration and disaster relief for Massachusetts farmers, the Farm Service Agency (FSA) requires documentation of the extent of crop loss for each county in Massachusetts. Please take a few minutes to complete this brief survey to assist in obtaining the support needed to help farmers in Massachusetts!
