Old Crow Ranch has started our first sausage and bacon club for the summer of 2016. The products will be our Mangalitsa sausage; like you may have tried at Maine Coast Waldorf's Fall Fair or most recently at the May Faire; and our thick cut Mangalitsa bacon. The bacon is our natural nitrate (celery juice powder) cure and hickory smoked recipe. The sausage will range in flavors from Breakfast to more exotic styles like Tuscan & Chorizo.

    We started in June (with rave reviews) and we'll run until the freezers are empty. This delectable buying club is perfect for grilling and tourist season; when all the family comes to Maine and says how lucky we are to live here.

    The minimum commitment is 5 lbs/month through September. The price is $12.00/lb, so $60/month. Pick up is at Old Crow Ranch (427 Davis Rd. Durham, Maine) every 4th Wednesday: July 27, August 24, & September 21.
