A chance for people in contact with services, carers, family, friends, to give their views on what works well/not so well/what would make a difference
Feedback is welcome on a broad range of services- health, third sector, police, education, housing, services for young people, adults, older people....
Can you help us:
(For info...this is a follow on from Feedback Fortnight held in July 2014. Since 2014 service users and carers have led the UHB in debates on key themes coming out of the survey, with additional focus groups, surveys and action plans around crisis services, care & treatment plans, psychological therapies, eating disorders, services for young people and debates about equalities, health and wellbeing ....The aim is that this feedback will inform the next local ‘Together for Mental Mental Health’ Action Plan and shed new light on what the key issues are now across a wide range of services).

Ask Cardiff - Cardiff residents are being asked for their views on Council services and their overall satisfaction with the city.
This year, the survey has a particular focus on people’s wellbeing – their happiness and healthiness in everyday life, as well as the Council’s budget for 2017/18. Ask Cardiff 2016 will set out some initial questions about the budget and the results will inform specific proposals which will be consulted on in the Autumn. The survey is available to complete online www.cardiff.gov.uk/askcardiff www.caerdydd.gov.uk/holicaerdydd or hard copies are available in community buildings across the city.
Everyone who responds to this year’s survey will have the chance to be entered into a prize draw to win a range of prizes donated by companies and organisations across the city. Visit www.askcardiff.com/info for further details of the prize draw and where to collect and return the paper version of the survey. The closing date for Ask Cardiff 2016 is Sunday, September 11, 2016.
Reminder - Cross system mapping of co-ordination and signposting roles for older people living in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan
Letter to providers
Questionnaire
The UHB are keen to map the navigator/signposting roles across Cardiff & the Vale. These are seen to be effective in preventing admission to hospital, A&E & improving wellbeing generally and the UHB are keen to see what is available in the community.
