With four teams still alive in 2016 there is still much to achieve for the Club in the remaining two weeks of the season. 2nd Grade continued their clinical approach with a strong 22 – 13 win over a determined Manly team last Sunday whilst the three Colts teams will look to improve their consistency and accuracy over their games to get to Grand Final Day.

To the army of volunteers who devote not just their time, but their heart and soul to the Club and players, we can not thank you enough. Our unity and sense of purpose comes from these people and the players can look no further than these people in house for their inspiration come the rugby this weekend.

Hopefully see you across the grounds this weekend.

2016 Ken Catchpole Medal Finalists - Best and Fairest

Congratulations from all at Randwick Rugby go to Andrew Deegan on his nomination for this prestigious award. Team-mate David Horwitz was the 2015 recipient. The Ken Catchpole Medal awards ceremony will be held on Monday night ahead of the Intrust Shute Shield grand final at North Sydney Oval on August 6. Read more >>>...

Hearty congratulations go to the following Galloping Green players on significant achievements....

Adam Freier who played his 100th First grade game at Forshaw Park on Saturday in the qualifying final versus Southern Districts;
Michael Celona on playing his 100th career game last weekend when Randwick 2nd grade met Manly in the qualifying final;
Australian Under 20s rep and Randwick colt Simon Kennewell who made his First grade debut against Eastwood recently.

As this season draws to a close, Randwick Rugby will be working with the team from SMG Technologies to implement the SMG Baseline performance monitoring platform. Baseline will support Randwick to continue to protect player welfare and boost performance through the platform's advanced athlete monitoring, coaching and injury surveillance tools. Randwick Juniors News

Club rugby for juniors in Sydney (U13s and up) is played on Sundays. Since 2012, Randwick Rugby district teams have competed in this junior Sunday competition on their journey to Randwick Colts.
