It's the last round of the 2016 Midlands Mtb Series already!

Dudmaston Wood, part of National Trust owned Dudmaston Hall estate is the venue for the 2016 series finale. Bridgnorth CC and Clee Cycles are the host clubs for what is both the most spectator friendly and fun to race course of the series!

The venue is located just off the A442, near Quatford, Bridgnorth, Shropshire, WV15 6QL. Grid reference: SO 74578 90142.

Following consultation with all our female riders, we have made a change to the race day schedule for 2016:

Please note: when the race leader of a category finishes their race, all other riders in the same category shall also finish their race when they next cross the finish line.

Mt. Zoom are sponsoring the fastest lap and the Junior category for round 6, we have Torq prizes for the fun category and cold, hard cash for the Experts and Elites!

Also, in recognition of the increasing numbers of little rippers we have taking part in the Under 12's categories, Islabikes will be in attendance with their demo fleet!

You will need to collect your number board when you sign on. Please be aware that this year we're issuing a new board at each round! You must have signed on and have your number board attached to the front of your bike to be allowed onto the course and practice is only allowed between races. Also, the commissaries will be making sure you have solid end plugs installed in your handlebars and aren't filming your endeavors with an action cam for posterity. It's the rules!

Entry on the day is available for all categories.

Race day notes:

As this is the last round for 2016, we'll be wrapping up the day with a team relay (XCR). It's just Â£5 to enter and there's lots of prizes! The rules are simple: 4 riders (minimum 1 female, maximum 1 elite male) and 1 lap each of the Under 10's course. The results also count towards the Club/Team Series Standings.

Please note that there is no camping available on site.

Timing will be provided by Timelaps and full results will be available after the race online. Roots and Rain will also have all the stats.

SW Sports Therapy will be in attendance offering FREE sports massage and advice on physiotherapy.

We have fresh coffee to caffeinate you pre-race and Atherton Racing's personal chefs to feed your post race recovery!
