Do you know the difference between natural and organic?

Next time you stop to buy groceries, here's a mindful tip: Natural is not the same as organic. In the United States, neither the FDA nor the USDA has rules or regulations for products labeled "natural." Which means, manufacturers often put a "natural" label on foods that are heavily processed. What should you be looking for then? Organic.

Organic offers government back assurance that products are grown and processed without toxic chemicals, antibiotics,  and synthetic growth hormones. You can read more about the regulations here.
