Dear Friends,
It's been a great year, and I wanted to send some updates on what's been going on the last few months.
In October, I launched a fundraising campaign on the microphilanthropy site Hatchfund to fund the production of my new project Location Series -- a series of algorithmically generated abstractions that suggest architectural references. Thanks to your support, I was able to raise $4750.00 to produce 12 large-format digital prints. The prints ranged from from 30" x 30" to 30" x 66" in size and were mounted between acrylic glass and aluminum composite for installation.
In December, I was able to exhibit Location Series with a solo exhibition at Bokeh Gallery at the monOrchid in downtown Phoenix. I was very pleased with the show and it garnered some nice local press:
For those of you who were unable to see the exhibition in person, you can find installation photos on my website:

Finally, work on my next textbook Foundations of Color is nearing completion. Foundations of Color is a follow-up to my first textbook Foundations of Design. I have completed the writing for Foundations of Color, designed 78 illustrations, and secured the rights for 30 examples of contemporary art. I am currently working on page layout and hope to have everything finished early this year.
Thank you once again for all of your support -- from contributing to my Hatchfund campaign, to attending opening receptions, to facilitating licensing agreements. I couldn't have done it without you.
Here's to a happy and productive 2015!
-Jeff
