Winter Session Reminders
We hope everyone had a fun and happy holiday season! We also hope everyone is looking forward to getting back into class! Reminder that our Winter Session begins this Monday, January 5. Please also remember that winter tuition is due Saturday, January 10. All payments received by the due date will be waived the $15 registration fee. Any payments made after January 10 will incur a $15 registration fee. Payments can be mailed, called in, or made in the studio. If you signed up for auto-pay at the beginning of the year, your account will be charged this week. Individual bills will not be mailed out. If you have questions about your tuition, please email info@risedancecenter.com. We will be back in the studio on Monday to answer any questions you may have.
Winter Weather Updates
When winter weather hits, please be sure to check our website for updates on studio closings. While we usually follow the area school's decision to close, that may not always be the case. We will post whether or not the studio will close or remain open in the case of extreme cold or snow. As per our policy, we will not offer make-up classes, however students are free to drop-in to another class to make up the canceled class (these make-up classes do not need to be done within the same session as with regular absences).
New "Mommy & Me" Class!
This winter, we will once again offer Mommy & Me for moms and their children ages 18 mos.-3 yrs. Introduce your toddler to the world of dance and tumbling in a fun, easy to learn environment. These classes are structured to stimulate coordination skills, listening skills, balance, music interpretation, creative movement and motor development in the youngest dancers. The class will be offered in the winter session on Saturdays from 10:00-10:30 and will be taught by Cheryl Leahy. Please contact info@risedancecenter.com for more information!
Parking Lot Procedures
With so many parents picking up and dropping off, the front parking lot can get very congested. When people enter the parking lot, please only turn right, not left, in order to park. We need to use only the parking spots in front of our immediate building. This request was made by the business down the way from us at 1730 Wright Blvd. Our back parking lot, as well as the side street, Albion, is available. Please do not pull into a space in the front lot to wait for your child, as these spaces are reserved for students who drive themselves and are in need of parking. You may drop your child off in the front, but please make arrangements to pick your child up in the back of the studio. Thank you for your cooperation with this matter!
CHEERS TO A HAPPY 2015!!!
