Burn Fat In Your Sleep

In effort to make fat your bitch {effortlessly}, you can burn the fluffy stuff in your sleep. Cooler temperatures activate brown fat in your body which helps you burn extra calories. This, in turn, helps prevent obesity, diabetes and all sorts of weight-related illness.

How You Do It

Recent research in Diabetes, determined that people who set the bedroom thermostat at 66 degrees helped them burn up to 175 more calories each night in comparison to nights they set the thermostat at 75 degrees. (Read the findings, in English, HERE).

175 calories isn’t a ton BUT that equates to about a pound's worth of fat every three weeks or 17 pounds over the course of a year. It’s a minor tweak but one that can add up over time.

Not bad for simply lowering the temperature. Double bonus? You might save a few bucks on your heating bills.

Helping you rock your 2015 resolutions,
