Petersburg Bureau of Police Office had three officers travel to the Bensonhurst neighborhood of Brooklyn (NYC) this past Sunday to stand with thousands of their fellow brothers and sisters in blue from across the country in honoring the service and sacrifice of NYPD Detectives Ramos and Liu and to bring attention to the sacrifices of all of our brothers and sisters.

Sgt. Aponte commented, “the reason for going wasn’t something we enjoy, but the bond we shared with those in the profession made it worth the trip.”
Container First Services (CFS) recently unveiled their new branding on all their trucks with the City’s new “I AM Petersburg” logo. CFS has a total of 60 trucks in their fleet and provides recycling and solid waste disposal services throughout the area.
