Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café is now open!

The homegrown crêperie and café is on a mission to revive the art of eating crêpes! Sweet Paris offers experience dining and transports guests to a beautiful, chic French bistro (no passport required!) where they can witness the “street-style" crêpes created in an open kitchen. The fast-casual restaurant serves a variety of traditional and specialty breakfast, savory and sweet crêpes, in addition to gourmet coffees, omelettes, paninis and salads. Sweet Paris fans travel far and wide for their famous S’mores crêpe and Nutella hot chocolate, as well as their continually rotating crêpes of the month, adding seasonal twists to the menu.

Sur La Table trims down this month with Skinnytaste: The Lighter Side of Delicious cooking class on January 11 from 1:30 - 3:30 PM. Priced at $69 per person, this hands-on experience takes on recipes from the wildly popular Skinnytaste blog, which shares Gina Homolka’s incredible, slimmed down recommendations that taste completely indulgent. Learn Homolka’s secrets for “skinny-fying” great comfort foods ranging from chicken marsala to lasagna. It will also satisfy your sweet tooth with scrumptious chocolate chunk cookies that are surprisingly low in sugar and butter-free.

Muir Fine Art Gallery starts the New Year with a special exhibition on January 17 from 6:30 PM - 10 PM. Featuring the works of Simon Bull and Jimmy Houston, the evening will benefit the American Heart Association.

Paper Source preps you for cupid with the Valentine Card Making Crafter’s Night Out on January 22 from 6 PM - 8 PM. Priced at $30 per person, the class will include light refreshments and the assembly of four cards adorned with bold prints, gold accents and pops of pink. You’ll be among the first to craft with new wrap and Valentine accents while also learning how to heat emboss, line envelopes, create your own stickers and make a simple origami heart.
