A: When I'm happy & full of joy it attracts others into my life & vice versa!

A: When I feel joy I'm excited to be involved in whatever I'm doing & it makes me want to do it more!
Q: Why joy?
A: I believe it is why we are here...when I feel joy, I want to be kinder, and when I'm kinder, it's one small ripple in healing our planet!
Q: What inspires you to want to jump for joy?
A: Being connected with wonderful people in my life, like you!

A: It brought more energy & fun to my day & energized me to keep jumping hopefully forever!

A: Deep connection with others in community & being involved in things I love & believe in!

A: Kindness...it transforms lives!

A: Having the courage to learn, grow & love!
