KOTESOL Proceedings 2013 Now Available 


KOTESOL Proceedings 2013, the proceedings of the 2013 KOTESOL International Conference, is now available! KOTESOL members may view the book online (must be logged in). A limited number of hard copies are also available on a first-come, first-served basis; members may request a hard copy through March 31.

The English Connection Winter 2015 Issue Coming Soon 


The Winter 2015 issue of The English Connection will soon be available online for members! Keep an eye on the website for the PDF (must be logged in). Hard copies will be mailed shortly; please make sure the address in your online profile is correct and up-to-date.

Not Receiving Publications? 


Please take a moment to confirm your mailing address in your online profile! Currently, dozens of members are missing out on our publications, one of the perks of membership. If you haven't been receiving The English Connection, there might be a problem with your mailing address, or you might have elected not to receive postal mail ("Don't Send (Postal) Mail" is selected). Check your profile today!

Represent KOTESOL at an International Conference 

 
Would you like to represent KOTESOL at an international conference? The International Outreach Committee (IOC) is looking for KOTESOL representatives at the following conferences:

Cambodia TESOL (February 28-March 1, Phnom Penh). Deadline for applications: Saturday, January 17, 2015.

TESOL 2015 (March 25-28, Toronto, Canada). Deadline for applications: Saturday, January 10, 2015.

IATEFL 2015 (April 11-14, Manchester, UK). Deadline for applications: Saturday, January 17, 2015.

Call for Presentations: Gwangju-Jeonnam Regional Conference (March) 


The Gwangju-Jeonnam Chapter invites proposals for 20- or 45-minute presentations for their regional conference on March 14, 2015. The conference theme is "A Journey in Professional Development"; research, non-research, workshop, and demonstration presentations are welcome. The call for presentations closes January 31, 2015.

Call for Papers: National Conference (May) 2015


Korea TESOL invites interested parties to submit a proposal to present at the 2015 National Conference, scheduled to be held at Sookmyung Women’s University in Seoul on Saturday, May 30, 2015. The theme is "Bridging the Digital Divide: Examining Online Language Teaching in Asia," and the strands include Online Experiences in Language Teaching, ELT 101, and Other ELT Topics. 

The call for papers closes March 1, 2015.

Call for Proposals: International Conference (October) 2015

 
The call for proposals for the 2015 International Conference is now open! Submissions will be accepted through May 31, 2015. 

The next International Conference is scheduled to be held in Seoul on October 10 and 11, 2015. The theme is "Transitions in Education -- Transitions in ELT."

Call for Papers: KOTESOL Proceedings 2014

 
The KOTESOL Publications Committee is now accepting papers for KOTESOL Proceedings 2014. Submissions may be made by presenters at the 2014 KOTESOL - KAFLE International Conference on presentations made at the conference.

The submissions deadline is January 15, 2015. General guidelines and additional information can be found
online.

Call for Proposals: JALTCALL 2015 Conference

 
The Japan Association for Language Teaching's Computer-Assisted Language Learning Special Interest Group  (JALTCALL) is now accepting proposals for the JALTCALL 2015 conference. Session types include paper presentations, show and tell presentations, workshop presentations, and poster presentations. 

The JALTCALL 2015 conference will be held at Kyushu Sangyo University in Fukuoka, Japan, on June 5-7, 2015. The call for proposals closes on February 2, 2015. Submission guidelines and additional information can be found online.
