Are you ready to see the new school space? Please join us on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 4:00 pm for our very first school tour. While renovations are still underway, the space is shaping up very nicely and with just a little imagination you will be able to see the vision for this beautiful school community.
There is no need to sign up or RSVP for the tour. We will meet inside the gate on the right side of the building (the side closest to the playground) and enter the building together. Children are welcome to attend, but please keep in mind that there are still construction supplies about.
Enrollment Continues...
Thank you to all the families that have inquired about the school and, especially those that have enrolled for opening day on March 2, 2015! Below is more information about enrollment:
Immediate Enrollment – If you would like to enroll for March we are accepting applications on an ongoing basis. In order to officially enroll at The Willow School families must complete the Enrollment Application and pay the registration fee of $300. This will secure your spot as a founding family. We will accept enrollment applications on a first come, first served basis until all classes are full.
Enrollment for 2015-16 School Year – The school is also accepting enrollment applications for the 2015-16 school year. While the school fills available spots any time during the year, the new school year is typically the time when students move up from one classroom to another and we embark on new educational journeys. The school’s calendar will coincide with Decatur City Schools. Therefore, students enrolling for the 2015-16 school year will begin on August 13, 2015.
Summer Camp 2015 – In addition to our year-round program for children 3 months through 5 years, The Willow School will offer weekly summer camps for children ages 5 – 8 (those entering K – 2nd grade) beginning June 8 and ending July 24, 2015. Children enrolled in the summer camp program will be involved in a variety of activities including fine arts, science, music, gardening, cooking and outdoor explorations.
