I dare you...

to do something you have been terrified to do.
 
(Did you just feel the ground shake, or was it just me?)
 
 
This year do something that you have daydreamed about,
projected yourself into while showering,
felt light and breezy about when you've seen it in pictures. 


Do the thing you've been putting off because of bad timing, wrong setting, enough money, and right people .


 
Get prepared NOW, and do it anyway!
 
 
I asked you in my previous 2015 MESSAGE to choose two areas of focus for 2015.

Smushed down and squeezed within those two areas is surely a super, mega-scary aspect that makes you shiver, get an attack of dry-mouth, and itch cuz it causes dragonflys to swarm your belly.
 
THAT SCARY, dragonfly PART - Focus on that aspect of your goal.  
This year.
I dare you.

[Because you are ready to become the person you imagine!]

 
I dare you to wake up.  
I dare you to let the pulse of your heart-drum shake the ground and make you dance.  
 

 
I dare you to go toward
that goal you can have, do, and be with
persistent
focus, practice, scheduling, help, and visualization.

 
I dare you to misplace your excuses.
I dare you to wake up an hour earlier.
I dare you to skip and cheer way before you get to your destination.
I dare you to check your doubt into rehab.
I dare you to scream "GET OUT!" to the boogey-monster but keep the boogie in your step.

I dare you to follow-through no matter what.

 
Say what you are gonna do out loud.  

"This year, I AM gonna..."
 
Then, I dare you to do it!

This year, I'm gonna finish and publish
my next
holistic fitness and empowerment book
and make it available on Amazon
 
How? 
  • I'm taking a 30 day writing course from one of my fav writers (Andrea Balt)
  • I have scheduled one-hour writing blocks on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, plus 3-hour blocks on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
  • I have been reading and researching other fitness and food books.
  • I have finished the outline.
 
Now you!  

Go!

Now, 
☀  Make a plan âž© times and days per week to dedicate to the follow-through + you need to 
POST your schedule for everyone in your tribe to see so they know when you'll be busy doing YOU!

 
☀  Do some research. What do you need to learn to make you successful and confident?

☀  Get help.  Who can support you?  Who can help you keep your enthusiasm?


☀  Write all these things ON PAPER where you can see them and track your PROGRESS.
 

 
Let us not hope for mere chance to change our story;
let us summon the courage to change it ourselves...

Let us believe faithfully that our dreams are worth any struggle
and that it is our time to free ourselves
and rise to glory.
