There is more than ever to do at Mihingo that enables you to get closer to nature. We have re-introduced mountain bike safaris that we started 7 years ago. All our bikes are brand new and top of the range. One of our most popular activities is riding a horse through the African bush.
At Mihingo you can choose from going on a run with the zebras, learning about the Bahima culture on a walk, going on game drives, having a bush breakfast, taking a boat trip on lake Mburo, swimming while watching animals by the water hole, playing tennis, walking to our hide, having sundowners on the rocks, searching for leopards and hyenas on night drives, watching the bushbabies or having a relaxing massage. You can never be short of something fun to do.
Moutain bikes are silent and an excellent way to get up close to the animals as well as a fun way to explore the surrounding Bahima communities.
Early morning bush walks with an armed ranger are such an exciting way to explore the bush and get closer to some of the more dangerous animals such as buffalo. We now also offer walking safaris outside the Park with one of our own guides.
