Head 'em up and Move 'em Out
Well, the process has begun. Lori and I have started sorting, boxing, selling, donating, and pruning the non-essentials from our home. It is a difficult process that brings joy, blessings, and challenges at the same time. We are excited for the direction God is taking us, yet we are grieving the loss of everything that has been normal for the past many years.
As we proceed with this process, we are leaning on the strength of Jesus to get us through each day. We are thankful for the prayers and support we have received from our friends and church family and know that through His strength we will overcome any obstacle that comes our way.
We will be travelling to Uganda with Calvary Chapel Southeast in May and returning for a time to the states as we finalize our home life here and get Grayson (our 16 year old son) through his last year of school. There will be times throughout the year that we will be doing much travel and our family unit will look quite different as we may be apart for periods of time.
Please continue to pray for us as we move forward. Also, if you feel the prompting of the Lord to donate to our Uganda fund that would be awesome too. There is a lot of financial changes happening and it is very costly to make a move such as this.
God is good and He is already showing His faithfulness in providing each step of the way. Thanks for your prayers...
