Since the election of the coalition government in 2010 there have been a number of changes to the business support landscape.
We have seen the launch of national schemes such as Get Mentoring, Start Up Loans, New Enterprise Allowance and Growth Vouchers bringing changes in the knowledge and skills requirements for business support professionals in publicly-funded provision, advisers and consultants amongst the professional community and other groups supporting individuals through their enterprise journey.
