Greetings Thrive Tribe.

Welcome to 2015 and already it is shaping up to be a bit of a roller coaster as we look around the world at climate weirdness, fires and floods [all in the same week here in south australia] - political madness growing by the minute - the polarisation of the community into the reasonable people just wanting everyone to have a voice and the rabid haters who are interested in no opinion but their own [and that they clearly got from the back of a weetbix box sometimes lol] 

It is frightening the level of ignorance out there in the community and the closed minds that defend that ignorance with death if necessary - dumb as a box of hammers some of them - and as their fear in an uncertain world rises they become quite dangerous as they let their mouths off the chain - it is when the rest of them behind the mouth follows that we need to be mindful of. Do remember this is just belief systems and ignorance - have compassion - and be mindful that most of the horrors inflicted upon the earth have come from this very place - the line of Cain must end - certain genes no longer belong in the human condition lol xx

It is interesting that the "travellers" that grace this house [courtesy of Vajra that shares space here] express a concern that when the shift really starts to unfold - one of the things we may well be dealing with is a form of mass psychosis that erupts in the suburbs as it were - I think I might head for the hills around then lol. 

There are lots of major shifts in both western and chinese astrology for the year ahead and all of this is available in Cosmic Connections below - it pays to be informed what we are wrestling with is all lol. 

It is also a year where we are watching people power slowly rising - there is pretty much a natural outpouring of empathetic connection to every event unfolding and it is way beyond anything our politicians understand - they simply use every event they can to beat the war drums of their own madness and they become more readily seen as the most dangerous members of our communities with the least care for any of us - they serve their masters in the corporations  and other foul institutions of the world and it behoves us well to be not forgetful of this. We must look to our own for assistance as things unfold and be wary of anything that comes from them when the time comes. 

And in the meantime we all get on with our lives - doing what we can to grow ourselves and learn to love ourselves completely - for herein lies the path to peace - for as you love your self so shall you love the world and as you despise your self so shall you despise the world - no brownie points to see who is winning so far lol - but every thing passes and everything comes to an end - even an empire that spans the globe lol.

At Thrive by Design we are welcoming a new branch of the business called "The Diamond Heart Academy" and the purpose of this vehicle is to initiate programmes that work in very specific ways. 

The Diamond Heart Academy will offer, over time, and present, many tried and true, valued and trusted ancient systems of learning for training and education for the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual well being and evolution of all who attend.

The purpose of the Academy is to bring that which has been hidden but maintained, in terms of education and training, over countless centuries into the 21^st century.

Whilst under an umbrella of very real sacred and practical exercises that have been proven to bring forth the connected best of all who participate, there will unfold a series of exacting and methodical fields of study that will approach the human in its care from every level.

The correct approach to this will facilitate an academy of learning that will not only bring out the best in the students that attend – it will also facilitate these same students in moving beyond the teachings into their own creative endeavours that will in turn feed back into the hermeneutic of the perfect unfolding spiral of human genesis in and of the mirror of the Dharmakaya.

As the foundation is created in the mold of what is possible in perfection within the diamond consciousness and mind - what can unfold is a vehicle of transformation and transmutation in which all desires and passions of the human egoic state can be forged and directed into a gestalt that is much larger than the sum of its parts.

This will incorporate real magic and alchemical tools from the ancient blood rites and proven masteries of energetic reality to enhance all education, training and work that will flow from the academy.

The philosophy and mission of this Academy flows from a committed and motivated desire for a better world for ourselves, our children and grandchildren and for all life that dwells on this planet and beyond.

The workings of the Academy will be to move beyond the current outmoded forms of education that are filled with blockages to the energetic systems in order to hold an empire in place, into a new free flowing energetic system in which there are no limitations to what can be manifested - outside of the limitations of our own imaginations.

The duality of this consciousness and its judgments about what is good or bad or right or wrong will be superseded within the Academy, to facilitate a free flowing of energetic reality beyond such mundane concerns; and the denial of powerful energy such judgments create within each individual attempting to grow and evolve. As this is achieved for each student then the chaotic turbulence of thwarted energetic fields may begin to flow in a coherent fashion as a powerful river that will facilitate much that is beyond visibility at this point.

Every step of this foundation and building of the Academy will be guided by meditations within the Vajrasattva principles of existence to ensure that all builders and facilitators may not get lost within their own egoic desires and thus can continue to work for the group mind for the betterment of all that lives.

This will be critical due to the countless incarnations of all of us in the individual need and greed training that has beset this planet during the last Yuga that is critical to overcome.

The alchemical education and training provided by the Academy in its wisdom and potential - will indeed bring the real magical and mystical path into being - in which we are all connected to the diamond light and power within the inner planes of our existence – this then being the blue print for what we bring forth into the world.
What can be harvested or brought into fruition from this is indeed magical and will result in things at this point beyond comprehension.

As we gather with one thinking heart and one feeling mind so then shall we open the doors to other realms and dimensions, through which will come profound teachings and guidance facilitating a loving and compassionate form to arise.

The SambhogaKaya and the NirmhaKaya – the perfecting Yoga reality shall unfold, bringing into being an academy built on impeccable integrity and trust.

Built on the Elemental considerations of Alchemy and its practice, this will incorporate an innate insight and understanding and training -



In the principles of Earth – in which the extension of form is through which a being occupies space.



Through the principle of Water – which is the cohesion or the glue which holds it all together.



Through the principle of Fire – the dharma of energy exchange – a combustion in which the full range of temperatures facilitates different realities.



Through the principle of Air – which through the process of vibrating the periodic cycling facilitates movement of all things.
And this all falls into space and cosmos which includes relativity and spatial relationships.

The principles that will be brought to light and life through the Academy apply and are found in all life, in all forms - and it is for the betterment of all that lives that the Academy will be formed and maintained. 

While it is early days yet and we are still receiving, downloading and cncoding the lessons from the Vajra Universes and many other helpers besides - it begins this year - and the first programmes on offer are the "Meditation with the Masters" and the "Circle of Love" for the children - both starting this month and the details of which are in the Whats Coming Up section below.  It will also be behind the "Conscious Parenting" webinar series on offer soon. 

 Simone Douglas at Social Media AOK has created a video for us in a single morning and we plan to do a lot more of this over the summer as part of bringing our work to an on line audience.

The Conscious Parenting Webinar Programme will recommence in February and there will be details about that in next months newsletter - the programme is being fully revamped to make it more interactive and to facilitate more activity based learning for children from all areas of life - especially the new kids on the block who society as a whole seems to struggle with - so imaging what it is like from their end as they choose not to be put in the same little box as the rest of us lol.

This will continue as a webinar programme as again we realise the very busy lives young parents lead and the difficulty in getting child care to come to a class - this way it can be done from home over one evening a week and all attending get to keep a permanent copy of the course for their own future review etc.

This Programme will also in future be run through the Diamond Heart Academy due to many of the changes unfolding within it. 





There is going to be a fun full day workshop on the Feng Shui for the year ahead with the wonderful Carolyn Mounce from Success In Life and Julie Machel – both of whom have studied for decades with the wonderful Lillian Tu – Master Feng Shui Practitioner extraordinaire and you will learn all about the lucky and unlucky stars for the year ahead and how to set up your business and office for health, wealth and happiness for 2015.

Meditation with the Masters

The Diamond Heart Academy and Thrive by Design are delighted to present:

Morning Meditations with the Masters

Commencing Tuesday 27th January at 7.30am and Wednesday 28th at 10am



These will be weekly meditations through the Tibetan Buddhist trained Llama Vajra – who having spent 30 years in the Himalayas mastering his craft – is now residing in the back in the west to share the knowledge.

Vajra is one of the most extraordinary channels I have ever encountered [and I have worked with many over the years] and so at each meditation he simply opens himself up and we receive teachings, training and guidance from very ancient and evolved energies and entities about some very fundamental realities of the human condition and how to navigate them.

We also receive some profound and ancient teachings about the nature of reality, consciousness, the great shift that is occurring, true alchemy and its ability change reality and many other things besides. I cannot stress enough what a rare and wondrous blessing it is to have access to these remarkable teachers and energies and if you want to do your self and your life a huge favour – then it is well worth your effort to rise early on the Tuesday to join us or connect with us on the Wednesday a little later if it works for you.

This group is being formed now as they want us to have very specific teachings over a period of time in which you will then have practice to take home and work with during the week at your own morning meditations.

What - A powerful programme designed to help the new kids on the block know themselves in unique and creative ways and much more besides.

Where - Magill - South Australia

When - 19th to 22nd January and monthly after that children from 5 to 11 -years - 10am to 12 noon and 12 to 17 year olds from 1pm to 4pm each day

Cost - $25 per session [or $100 if they attend every day]

What's in it for my Children - A way to understand what they are responsible for and what they are not, to develop energetic and cognitive skills to deal with the stresses of their life and to have a fabulous creative experience of exploring their values and ideals and where they want to point themselves in this life!!
 
This is an activity based programme for children and young adults between the ages of 5 to 17 [to be held in two groups] that is designed to facilitate these amazing young humans [plus lol] that are currently arriving on this planet - to remember who they really are!

Over a four day period from the 19th to the 22nd of January those who attend will be taken through a series of exersises and process that will help them understand who they are and who they are not, what they are responsible for and what they are not, how to powerfully walk in the world without taking on other peoples pain as their own and real cognitive skills to deal with difficult situations in their lives.

They will also learn energetic techniques for staying grounded, to shed other peoples energies that they pick up [these new kids on the block are amazing empaths and it causes them lots of problems until they work out how to recognise what is theirs and what is not and what to do about it lol] and to let go of emotional pain and angst in their own systems.

These amazing pixies will also go on their own "Heroes Journey" as they explore what life means to them in terms of values and ideals and what appeals to them in life and through a variety of mediums they will create an art scape to symbolise this both individually and collectively in which they learn the power of individual creation, teamwork and diverse modes of expression of themselves in the world.

This will then flow on to a monthly group that will run all this year that will build on these creative beginnings into a pathway for them to walk powerfully in the world.

Eve-Olution - A Women's Initiation - A Journey home to Self 



What is it - A way of unlocking the Grace, Beauty and Power that is at the core of your existence while shedding the stories that have bound and contained you all the days of your life! A spiritual and meditation  retreat for women.

How does a woman in the modern world become herself in this busy, mad world, where so much depends upon her ability to shoulder the burden of family and tribe?

Why would anyone do this?
It is a legitimate question to ask.

Here we all are, busy and accomplished women, mothers, grandmothers, business operators, volunteers and helpers in our schools, communities, hospitals and with our extended families!!


When you make a decision to come to an event like Eve-Olution – a Women’s Initiation – something profound occurs simply in making the decision.
 
All that you are – and it is vast – that rarely gets to see the light of day, beyond the masks we wear for our partners, children, parents, employers and friends – is suddenly made aware that you are ready!
And it is suddenly very excited!!

It is becoming sooooooo apparent that what is rising – is the power of the feminine in both women and men.

It is quite disturbing to some people – both to those to whom it is happening and those who are the friends and family of those to whom it is happening.

What I see in people is a new kind of truth and an increasing inability to tolerate the old ways of playing dormouse or what ever else has been needed to be, in order to stay safe. A pranic healing begins as the kundalini arises.

There is a strange kind of detachment that goes with this – in other words it does not matter what other people think about it [and they are thinking some very dark things I can assure you lol] this is who I am and take it or leave it – that is just how it is now.

There is also a weird kind of body awareness that is coming with this as well, a deep and personal awareness of the physiotherapy for the body needed for release,  a new level of sensitivity to the environment, a new awareness of sensuality and emotional reality, and an awareness of oceans of grief and spiritual rage at what has been done to women for countless thousands of generations.

It is very powerful and is motivating women to move in different ways.
 
The Eve-Olution – a Women’s Initiation –   will focus very powerfully on this. Even though the journey will, as always, be into the deep aspects of self for awakening and restoration – we will be working powerfully this year to awaken this new aspect of the feminine rising and accessing the gifts she brings – so we may return them to the world where they belong.

For an age now the emphasis has been on power and subjugation of nature rather than having a relationship with it and the return of the Sacred Feminine – with all of its mysteries – is now returning this awareness of connectedness to our conscious awareness.

The power and numinosity of the Divine Feminine is emerging to provide a new vision for the new future – wholeness and balance are what is on offer and a movement away from the concept of a human born flawed and sinful, separate from divine consciousness – to a recognition that we are the divine in human form – with all the grace and radiance imbued in that.
 
Remember that the serpent, snake or dragon – long symbols of the primal feminine – is the traditional guardian of the ‘treasure’ – the mysteries of the ‘all knowing’.

The journey of the serpent goddess - the dragon – the Kundalini – from the base of the spine to the radiant expansion at the crown – symbolizes powerfully the transformation of the life energy from unconsciousness to the connection with the divine essence that illuminates all.

It is the restoration of the feminine within, that we look to in this new aquarian age with hope and longing as the symbols of the last masculine age crumble and fall around us.

The difference is profound for in the old world there is a god head that rules the world with commandments and eternal cruelty and damnation for failing, whereas in the new world the Goddess and the divine feminine does not rule the world – She is the world!!
 
And so at the Eve-Olution – a Women’s Initiation this year – we seek to recognize the goddess in all – as the salvation from what we have sunk to.
In this reality the divine feminine is nature and fertility – responsible for both the creation and destruction of life.

She who is immanent in nature – acknowledging the sacredness of all living things and in which the model that acknowledges the wheel of her turning – from birth, life, death, transformation and rebirth – can truly be seen as an acknowledgement of its ecology – a flourishing for all things within nature.
 
At this weekend we invoke the Goddess of the divine feminine - in both her aspects - light and dark - for we cannot go forward until we embrace them both - and to do this is to awaken the Goddess within – to truly become that which we invoke – for the healing of all, the awakening of the feeling mind and thinking heart, the merging of spirit with the soul within and the raising of the planetary consciousness!
 


To become “the Woman cloaked with the Sun, with the Moon under her feet and the crown of 12 stars on her head”…as spoken of in the mysteries. 
 
With this return of the power of the feminine so shall we see many things returned to the natural reflection in nature – the natural time of the cycles of the seasonal 13 moon calendar as apposed to the 12 month erratic Gregorian calendar based on time equals money.
 
This is the period of incubation, of the seed murmuring under the soil and at this years Women’s weekend we shall bring it forth into life!
 

A Shamanic Journey of Transformation and Renewal

This shamanic journey into womanhood is a celebration of life and transition, which draws upon thousands of years of feminine wisdom, taking place in both community and solitude, in the Adelaide hills.
 
This is the ritual that allows us to leave the things of childhood behind, a ritual that allows us to stand fully in the power of that which we truly are.

Utilising myth, ritual and ceremony, writing, art and clay work,sound and movement, nature in all its beauty and connection to that which is greater than our selves, this face to face gathering of mutual concern, love, understanding, fellowship and sisterhood facilitates a deep personal connection with the power within all women
– the Goddess.

What comes out of someone else’s mouth is not about you.

People do not see each other – they see a projection of the other – all the things they are yet to resolve or understand within themselves, are projected out onto the other and disliked, rejected, hated or fought about there.

We are of course all in active acts of creation and co-creation with self and others so it can be useful to hear what is being said with honour – however take out of it only what is of use to you and let the rest fall on the ground without reaction or even comment if needed. Some times we teach best by saying nothing at all remember.

When someone is pointing the finger at you and saying “You……….” – simply change the word ‘you’ to the name of the person doing the speaking and you are quite close to what is actually being said at this point lol. Remember when one finger points out – three fingers point back – that is where the truth lies. For the person doing the talking and pointing. This applies to us as well as them – when you catch yourself doing this – stop and own it work it out for yourself and once the emotion is dissipated and the communication is open – there may not be much left to say at all lol.

How do you know when you are in a projection? If you are having an emotional reaction to what ever is going on and the communication lines have broken down – it’s that simple peeps – if either of that is going on then you are caught in your own pain – step back and sort it.

Stay in the Moment – dwell there.

This is difficult but absolutely necessary. Most people live in the past or the future. In the past anguishing about what went wrong or caught in a sub conscious wound that simply wont let go. When we do that it is a powerful entrapment for we are living and behaving as if that ancient process were still going on and if we do that – it may as well be. Patterns of wounding and pain will give you clues to when you are doing this – ‘not this shit again’ – type of thing. We all have them and we all recognise them however without help we are often struggling to free ourselves from them. There are many powerful tools that can immediately help with this, however as a first regard – stop and witness it. Here I am in this rubbish again!

When ever we do this we are using the past to recreate painful aspects of it, again and again in the present and we will keep doing it until it is resolved - for each of the wounds in our subconscious must heal and will continually recreate themselves in the current moment in an effort to bring them selves to conscious awareness. However each time it appears it is as painful now as when it was created and we push it away again – it is how we end up in patterns of the same shit, different day, different people, same shit. The wound constantly recreating itself and us constantly pushing it away.

Or we are dwelling in the future in the fear it is going to happen again. The ‘what if……” questions [always foretelling the worst possible outcome by the way] and the predicting of negative outcomes and worrying about it all. In other words using the past to recreate the future built on unresolved or inherited wounds while bypassing the present [the only reality we have] altogether – no wonder the world is in such a mess lol.

The Voice in your Head is Not Yours.

The voice in your head – you know the one – the nasty little fucker who constantly tells you that you are hopeless, useless, incompetent or guilty – and you may as well just do the world a favour and top yourself. We all have it. We have been listening to it all our lives. The Hold Fast Tyrant! The Super Ego or the Voice of Conscience are some of its names.

It is not you – it is the voices of your parents, your siblings, care givers, teachers [ a lot of whom should never be allowed near children in my opinion] and your society and culture about what you “should” or “Should not” be doing or being in order to maintain the status quo of the power brokers in your world.

It is just that you have been listening to it for so long you think it is real and if you think that? Guess what – it may as well be as you are a creator god and you create your reality absolutely with your thoughts.

And of the 50.000 thoughts you had yesterday – 49,999 you had yesterday and the day before ad nauseum and they are not your thoughts – they were put there by other well meaning, well intentioned people who had the same thing done to them when they were small children – all completely ritualised and stupid and all completely unconscious.

The single most destructive thing you do in your life is listen to that crap and the most useful thing you can do first up is learn to delete it. There are powerful healing processes that eliminate that driver from the system however in the first place stop listening to the rubbish. There is not a word of truth in it!! Think of all the terrible things it has told you over the years – not a single one of them has come true however you have been running around your whole life as though all of it is true having a pretty miserable time of it – stop it

Just because you are Feeling something – does not mean it is Real.

Your emotional body has a conditioned response to certain stimuli – as outlined above as well as other ways – a bit like Pavlov’s dog really. [google it if you don’t know] So every time your partner, child, sibling, co-worker or employee behaves in a certain way and you are having a very predictable patterned reaction to that – remember what is outlined above. Most people when they feel something – usually painful, negative or overwhelming – simply believe it must be true and therefore I have to react to it – no you don’t. stop – own the feeling – this is mine – breathe – ask the question – what is this about - really. Breathe it up – let yourself feel it deeply and then simply go to the terrified child within you [the one that is caught in the unresolved wound] that is feeling this and simply reassure them that a] this is not happening any more and b] you are there to ensure it never happens again.

While you are in the world of pain and observing it you can acknowledge the emotional body for a moment – put it outside of yourself for a bit and say to yourself – “well that is what my emotional body is feeling about this situation now – what does the rest of me want to do. Step back and breathe – look at your projections or unresolved pain and do something about it – unless you want to take this garbage to the grave – and worse – into the next life or ten lol.

It is not what Happens to You that causes Pain – It is How you Perceive it. 

Most of the events in our lives that cause pain and ongoing suffering in our current existence, are perceived through the eyes of fear and pain and so when ever we get any kind of tweak that reminds us of that event [consciously or unconsciously] so does the pain and fear get tweaked along with it.

This will continue absolutely until the fear and pain are resolved and that can happen permanently in the space of one hour. Yes it can. There are simple and powerful tools to move the pain and allow for a shift of perception from fear to love.

There are only two emotions – love and fear.

Fear comes in many disguises – hate, greed, envy, jealousy etc however it is all fear. However there are only two emotions and each of these has a magnetic pull to them. [the work of Buckminster Fuller and Dan Winter is interesting to look at – sacred geometry and heart math]

We are indeed creator god’s who create with our thoughts and most people are constantly preoccupied by what is not working for them – so guess what they are constantly creating over and over again – more of that which is not working for them – magnetically drawing it in until we learn not to be afraid of it for that is how the universe teaches us that some of our patterns are not useful – when the boredom with the pain outweighs the pain itself the situation will resolve.

When we look at the situations we are in through the eyes of fear that is the reality we create for ourselves. When we look at the situations of our lives through the eyes of love – that is the reality we create for ourselves – your choice – each moment – what will you choose – love or fear.

You are never given anything that you cannot handle.

This is despite every thing the lunatic in your head will tell you to the contrary – remember we discussed aspects of the voices before. The conscious mind is a seriously disturbed unit. It was given far too much responsibility in the west, where we made it god king – a job it simply is not equipped for.

The whole being must make decisions really – however we are cut off from our emotions so they don’t get a look in, we despise our physical bodies predominately as too old, too fat, too ugly, too skinny or whatever else the mind tells us is wrong so we don’t listen to it – despite the fact that every atom in your body was once a star and remembers everything it has every done or been – they are connected to everything and know what the weather in Africa is doing but we have so learned not to listen to it either.

And as for the soul’s musings – start listening to that and the main stream medical model wants to medicate it into submission. We must reconnect with the whole – allow the feeling mind to be guided by the thinking heart – allow the whole being to move us and then we know absolutely that what ever challenge we have created or co-created in our lives – that all answers to that challenge lie within the challenge itself – that is what it is to be human.

But when we let the mind rule – to attempt a job it is not equipped for – then it becomes paranoid and over zealous and becomes a poisoned chalice – filling us with fear and dismay. All suffering comes from the mind. Take charge of it – stop listening to its insane mutterings and get rid of the distortions and lies and let it go back to what it was created for – logic and reason – to guide and support the souls journey. The four bodies – emotional, physical, psychological and spiritual must all work in unison for us to move in the direction of our responsibility – the ability to respond to what makes our heart sing.

You Always Have Been, Are and always Will Be – Enough.

The great terror in all of us is that who we are is not enough – a message that has been reinforced to you throughout your childhood by constraints and script messages placed on you that tell you not to be you – to be what your parents and society need you to be in order for all of them to feel good enough as parents and to maintain control.

This has become so seriously screwed up now that we are carrying generations of fear, war, horror and what ever else your genetic line is carrying and that you will willingly unconsciously shoulder, out of a deep love for your tribe – and that will stalk you throughout your days as you attempt to wrestle your way through the nightmare.

Each infant is born perfectly into a world that is ready for it, into the arms of the person contracted to bring them into the world – however the pain is so great that is being carried around that the mother and father feel inadequate, overwhelmed and unable to instinctively do what they are born to do because of all this garbage – it is then fed into the next generation obliging them to do the same.

Each generation of children is the most advanced of the species – this is logical as each infant takes all of its’ mothers’ blood line knowledge and all of its’ fathers’ blood line of knowledge and takes them forward – however we are so busy controlling and containing children – putting them into the same little box that we were put into as children that we rarely stop and receive the wisdom on offer. Why do you think old people and kids get along so well? Because old people are remembering and working out what they knew instinctively when they were children – before it was pummelled out of them.

Remember who you are – get up off your knees and unshackle yourself – anything less is unworthy of the great soul that you are.

There are wonderful techniques now available for pregnant mothers that allow this to happen in utero – where the mother loses her fear of childbirth [a race memory carried by all women understandably] and releases the baby in the womb of all the inherited fear in the process.

No one ‘Makes’ you Feel Anything

We live in a world that is so dysfunctional emotionally we are literally drowning in misperception about what is real. It is quite simple really – if you are feeling something it is because it is internally generated. No one makes you feel anything – ever. You may be programmed or conditioned to have certain emotional responses in certain situations however they are still your responses and your responsibility to deal with them.

The minute you say to some one “You make me angry” – you have just given all your power to them for if they are doing it to you then they are the only ones who can change it. Much better to say “When you do that – I feel angry” for then you are feeling it, it is in your control and you can change it when you are ready.

Conversely the opposite is true. Do not let other people load you up with the responsibility for their emotions in the same way. When some one says to you “You make me angry” – simply say to them – “Actually I am not that powerful – if you are feeling angry at anything I am doing that is your choice and your responsibility and you need to deal with it because I have enough shit of my own to deal with thank you very much”

It does not mean things cannot be discussed – it just means things can be discussed without projection and hooks being brought into the process.

These programmed emotional responses by the way can be removed very easily and it really does make day to day communications with your nearest and dearest much easier to manage and facilitates peace.

You can Trust the Love of a Human however you Cannot trust their Pain.

The love that exists in humans is very powerful and very real and it will stand by and support you in all things. What you cannot trust in your parents, your partner, your work colleagues or others is their pain.

That pain will sacrifice the very life of a child in order to protect itself and that says a great deal about the pain in the other and nothing at all about you. People really do terrible things to each other to protect the internal wounds – it is sometimes impossible to imagine the kind of pain that is going on in someone that would have them be cruel to an animal or a child – and your inability to imagine what kind of pain could do that, gives you some insight into just how huge that pain might be.

This is not to offer excuses for such things – only understanding. As the great Philosopher Terrence said, “Let nothing that is human be foreign to me” – meaning there but for the grace of god go anyone of us for each of us is fighting the same great battle between the polarities inside. And if we were raised in a different family with different outcomes we would be as capable of anyone else of horrific things – don’t kid your self to the contrary. Every time you are judging something in some one else – taking the moral high ground or looking down your nose at someone – it is just the story you were given as a child about what you were or were not allowed to be and so you bury that deep inside – reject it, project it and judge it as less than – in the other. Beware of such hubris dear ones for it is always – without fail – followed by nemesis.
 

Love is the only thing that is Real

Coming back to the two emotions – it is true that the only one of them that is real is love. Everything else in the universe – even death – is an illusion created for the experience of it – for the sake of compassion. Each is a step back to the source from which we came and the only way home is through love. Letting go of our minds determined beliefs, its ability to pick the scabs and ruminate over past injustices, future fears – seems so real that we live it as though it is and while we are believing it – it is. That simple really.

However when you begin to see that there are parallel streams running with you all the time with different possibilities, different beliefs and different outcomes – then you are free to manifest a different reality, built in love and not fear.

Unpacking some of the pain can be a life time journey because of all the successive lifetimes and genetic lines of wounding – however it can be done and it behoves you to move in that direction for that is what you are here for.

Do not doubt the perfectness of your being here – no matter how wretched it may seem. Remember you are a spiritual being having a human experience and only humans judge – we create the gods in our own image – not the other way around and when you perceive that – suddenly a lot of the mad gods we have created begin to make sense. We made the devil in same way – we are not yet grown up enough to own our own divinity or own our self created demons so we build a god and a devil and make them responsible – see how pervasive it all is?

If you are going to be free then that requires you to take responsibility for all that you have been in, done, think, feel, say and do and the only way you can do that is by developing self love and self compassion for all that you are – which is a divine note in a divine symphony that would not be the same without you. You matter a great deal more than you realise.

There are billions of entities lined up to be here at the moment – why else do you think there are so many humans currently – more than at any other time in human history [which goes back a damn sight longer than you are currently told lol] – they are all here to experience the evolutionary shift – not a physical shift but a shift in consciousness.

You made it to this planet – many will not – so trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be doing exactly what you are meant to be doing – otherwise you would be somewhere else doing something else – trust me.

Shamanic Healing - what is it and why would I...

Shamanic healing is a very ancient form of working with a client and these practitioners have been around in recorded history for over 60,000 years - from the Tungus in Siberia, from the rock art deep in the mountains of Europe, to the living art of the first people of Oz - in fact they are recorded in all cultures that have occupied this planet through the rituals and ceremonies handed down through the ages.

This profound and powerful way of release and renewal is based upon the principle that what ever is occurring in your current life - break down, break up, illness, grief and loss, guilt and shame, addiction, anxiety and terror, inadequacy and feelings of lack of worth or value - what ever pain or life circumstances you are currently dealing with - it is all based on a disturbance of equilibrium within you.

Something is out of balance. And if it is manifesting in external or internal symptoms to point this out to you, it is doing so that you may do what ever is required to restore balance.

This presupposes a very deep truth. That you are never a victim. That what ever is occurring for you is being co-created by you - with others or with your own physical, psychological, emotional or spiritual reality in order for you to heal [not cure] yourself of the imbalance and allow your life to return to equilibrium.

And you have the power to do this - absolutely. The placebo effect is a classic observation of this ability.

We are taught in the west that an illness is beyond your control and must be medicated or cut in order to subdue it, control or eliminate it and the same with your emotional and psychological world - that it is like a Newtonian clock in that when it breaks - replace the broken bit and all will be well.

Again let us drug the heart and mind into submission. And as for spirituality - well we actually don't get much of that on the planet currently - we have religion instead which is all about giving your power to the priest and they will get you to "god" lol. Crowd control really.

From the moment of your birth unto the moment of your death everything is connected to the web of life - of all creation and your life is a rhythm of ebb and flow, waxing and waning and we are forever experiencing the 'little deaths' of life's changes, release and renewal.

But we are also taught in the west that we can only flow - forward - forcefully - and that change is to be resisted at all costs and the only movement allowed is expansion - there is no room for letting go, for the cycles of life, the seasons, we are death deniers and terrified of our own mortality and this whole process creates an immense imbalance that leads absolutely to the pain and heartache that has become the given norm of the world we currently dwell in.

When a client comes to a Shamanic practitioner for a healing - all of this is understood and woven into the experience. Where the client is - in the long journey between life and death - in the fabric of their social world, included or excluded, valued or not - in the balance of their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual bodies - is all taken into account as they present - willing to change.

A Shamanic healer will have already done a divination for the client before they present for the treatment - to see what is there in the landscape of the soul's journey.
And when the client arrives and the process begins - the healer enters this landscape to see what is there - they meet the client as their medicine - their connection with spirit nature - bird, animal, a creature that may swim or crawl - and if that creature is bound or trapped or wounded in that landscape - that deep and primordial landscape - then that is resolved in that world in the service of the client.

The are the earliest navigators of consciousness, skillful to a high degree in journeying and bringing back the resources needed to aid the client in the ‘here and now’ process of their lives.
They have many resources and skills at their disposal to ascertain what has led to the client’s symptoms – as they present to them. No matter what the problem, while addressing those symptoms and restoring balance to the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual realms of the client – they are always at heart observing the flight of the soul and where the client is in the journey of their life between birth and death.

The Shaman is a healer, a priest or priestess, a medium and story teller, an actor or entertainer, a trickster and prophet, a world builder and sorcerer, a mage and magician and many possibilities besides. There is a great deal of misinformation out there but in truth it is a lens through which the world can be viewed in new and visionary ways and is the oldest medicine ways practiced in human society.

This profound and deep healing will then flow out into the external world of the client - over the next hours, days, weeks, months and years and it continues to flow into the river of their life.

There may things that the client needs to do after the treatment - what is there is there and instructions are given as required however the balance is restored in a deep and powerful way that then allows other things of imbalance in the clients life to fall back into place.

 Well quite frankly as on looks at all the astrology and numerology of this year coming and all the cosmic connections from the inner to the outer planes informing us of what is possible – this year is going to be one hell of a ride peeps.


 
Numerology


 
This is an 8 year in Numerology [2+0+1+5] and 8 is a powerful symbol of infinity, balance and right focal point. In Shamanic terms it also speaks of the spider – of language – of the weaving of the fates.
So this year we are entreated to hold the balance between past and future – yin and yang – masculine and feminine – and the ebb and flow of the great wheel of life, death, transformation and rebirth.
The spider reminds us that we are at the centre of the wheel – the centre of the web – part of the realm of all things and connected. So this year amongst many things on offer – not right or wrong or good or bad – just on offer – remember to examine your own creativity, are you walking the strands of your existence in balance – between waking and sleeping – between spirit and matter.
 
Your own personal numerology will be influenced by the day and month of the date you were born - as well as this year’s - however it is a universal 8 year meaning – Karmic lol. If you have been all those things you aspire to be in terms of loving and kind then this year you may reap what you sew – the opposite is also true lol - so either way things will be coming home to roost this year.
 
Due to its Karmic nature it is also possible that someone who comes into your life this year may have a very significant impact – even partnership – and if a child comes along there is also a deep bond between one or both of the parents that is stronger than usual.

As the threads are woven home in this year it is also possible that you may be drawn to study something that whilst never even contemplated before – may come very easily to you – a creative gift – a language – a healing craft – which indeed is a possible return to an old craft from a previous existence. Western Astrology


 
This year began with Saturn having left its two and a half year sojourn through Scorpio on Xmas eve just gone and has entered Sagittarius and will dance here and back into Scorpio from mid June to mid September, as it stations and turns -and ultimately dwells here until December 2017.
It was last here in the mid to late 80’s and those born then will soon be going through their Saturn returns [the time when you work out what you perceive for yourself is more important than what others think – a time of growing up – often painful] while those born in mid to late 50’s will be going through their second Saturn return this year.
 
Saturn in Sagittarius also reflects flight – space – the arrow loosed into the heavens so it will be interesting to watch what happens in the air over the next few years. It is particularly interesting considering planes are going missing and while some have not returned – over European air space, planes have 13 times now disappeared from radar - only to turn up again up to 25mins later! Rueters reported on this on June 12^th last year [google it] and no one has any idea what is going on but 6 to 4 on we are going to see more of this in the years ahead!
 
 There are several dates of alignments and conjunctions and moons this year where there may be major incidents to do with air or spacecraft – or significant discoveries - so keep your eye on the sky during March, June, November and December.
 
Saturn is Karma – a lord of time – old fashioned – mature – hard work and overcoming obstacles – we are tested and limited in all we do. He is lord of the old dead places and archaeology, engineering and mining, graveyards and bones, the patriarchy and sobriety, of rules and regulation and our need to follow them.
 
Sagittarius is the half horse, half human Sage with all the power of the animal kingdom and the human kingdom wedded in his very being with all the wisdom and grace that goes with it! Freedom, movement, the ability to think outside the square – the knowledge of the hidden mysteries and philosophies with a broad and open mind and large heart and generous spirit. Inspirational and a loveable rogue and outrageously truthful and easy going and generous.
 
This is an extraordinary marriage of energies and will lead to amazing breakthroughs in education and philosophy through hard work and application of self – of corporate cowboys becoming global citizens and the only thing that will stand up after this is that which can be soundly examined and held true.
 
Because of the philosophical maturity of Saturn in Sagittarius, there will be people all over the world abandoning their old fashioned and patriarchal religions in droves – which will conversely and under Saturn’s thrall also have many more people still left within it - becoming increasingly fundamental - as they see themselves abandoned in their madness which deep inside they are beginning to question anyway while being in complete denial of that. One sees how mass psychosis emerges lol. [no not kidding about that].
 
It is extraordinary to comprehend in the 21^st century that some of the most vitriolic and mad wars will be fought over the fundamental and mad ideas of a truly insane ‘god’ [all created by man of course lol] – however the power of this cannot be thwarted – people will rise up and be willing to die for their beliefs again – and we will see book burnings [possibly even witch burnings of a different kind if they can get away with it] and attempts to crush the spirit of anything that dares to challenge the status quo.


 
As the great feminine continues to rise we shall see terrible things done to women again - is my sense of it - as men cannot tolerate her rising within them -  any more than they can tolerate it being reflected in their women and families. And we are likely to see some serious religious nutbags out their preaching their own form of hate and bigotry in the next three years! As people break out of old styles of education [which is again simply being priced out of existence for the common man] there will be many attempts to bind people into educational straight jackets and the prevailing view as things continue to unravel.
 
Not a great time to do extensive travelling methinks but then you have to be where you have to be.
Also because of the nature of both Father time and Wisdom we may see a resurgence of turning to the communities elders to gain insights and wisdom for the times in which we find ourselves. Not because they necessarily have all the answers but they have made enough mistakes in this life to know some of the pitfalls and figured out some of the answers lol.

While the worship of youth will continue to hold sway for awhile as the whole western world ages there will finally be a turning back from this and education in the classroom may be starting to be replaced with the old style apprenticeships in many more things besides trades.
Because of both the animal wisdom inherent within this structure for the next three years I imagine there will be a lot more done about animal rights and actually recognising the sentient nature and emotional truth of many animals. Our relationship with them is building for a profound improvement is the sense of it.
 
It is also quite likely during this transit that much that has been hidden from us about the true nature of the history of the planet will finally be revealed some how. Don’t forget there are 57 miles of hidden treasures under the vatican – directly under that foul nest of evil vipers that has so long tormented and terrorised the world for their own nefarious activities. How dare they hide from us all information that is counter to their twisted belief that the world is only 6,000 years old and was built by some mad vengeful ‘god’ that would condemn things to an eternity of torment for … say…. Masturbating???!! Are you for real lol!!! And that is just the beginning – with modern technology [and a fair amount of global warming] much will be revealed about civilisations from millennia ago that will further shake these old demented tyrants loose.
 
The heating up of tensions will continue for now though and the likelihood of serious tensions between mad old men running things will continue for the next few years however the global tension will be high between nations this year.
 
Mercuries Retrograde spells are all in air signs this year also, which shall continue the opportunity for the mind to awaken and quicken to new possibilities that this transit of Saturn produces. Ideas will flow easily and quickly and any thought form that offers freedom will go viral very quickly here. It will also facilitate a different and somewhat quantum form of learning for us all as we expand – we will not need to absorb the information in the same old way but will start to do what the new kids on the block are already doing lol. [google – quantum kids in japan and be blown away by how children are learning now]
 
 
These energies will add to the mix of Saturn in Sagittarius also. The Mercury retro period in Gemini also points to interesting realities regarding domestic, international and space flights. So in May and June this year, what ever unfolds – be it terrorism affecting flights, new fangled technology that can cause or cure something significant to do with flight  - for good or ill lol – it is not a time that I would be planning to travel in a plane if at all avoidable. Between Mars and Mercury in opposition to this dynamic and with Mercury retro to boot – stay grounded if you can peeps lol. Along with the Jupiter, Uranus and Saturn trines this year one can kind of gather that there will be great breakthroughs of some kind or other as terrorists gain the upper hand in airports or profound ways of changing how we view flight will be discovered. Also because of where this unfolds in the cosmos we may also see some messianic nutbags exposed, assassinated or otherwise removed from their once comfortable, self built pedestals.
 
The northern [land based, blood soaked, masculine] hemisphere will see some terrible weather towards the end of the year also – as the energies build from October onwards and this could mean man made disasters also. More on that later.
 


The Uranus – Pluto square completes its final hit in March this year. This has been the single most powerful dance of the transformative process going on from 2012 until now. [remember one glancing blow of these behemoths in the late 60’s led to the black power movement, another round of feminism [still not a dirty word - no matter what latter day women, who have benefited from it, may pronounce in their ignorance lol] – civil rights movement – flower power and the hippie movement!
 
We have had seven direct blows here – one for each of the energy centres of the human body and if you watch how it has played out as it journeys through the degrees - it has truly gone from the base to the crown – the third eye hit was in December just gone and the crown hit of transformation – mid way through the degrees of Aries and Capricorn – the most powerful of all - will be on March 17. The whole cycle of this takes half a millennium and we are truly blessed to be alive on the planet here for this round lol. For out of this is the awakening to the great cosmic consciousness – the great feminine – the great awakener unto the inter-dimensional existence of which we are a part.
 
The eclipse cycle also kicks off for the year on March 20^th – at the Autumn Equinox here in the Southern [water based, clear, feminine hemisphere] with a total Solar Eclipse at the 30^th degree of Pisces. This is an extraordinary placement  - the end of endings – the point of awakening – the ascension moment – where we awaken to all that we are – birthless, deathless, timeless or begin a new round on the karmic wheel through the womb. This eclipse represents a huge potential here for the whole race.  


 
Then on the 4^th of April we have a total Lunar Eclipse at 14 degrees in Libra which will re-ignite the power of the Grand Cardinal Cross of April last year and all that it entails. More on that powerful moment later lol.
This month Jupiter turns direct in Leo having been retrograde since August last year so from here on we can expect all kinds of dramas playing out as peoples sense of entitlement gets a big boost lol.
 
We actually begin the year on the 3^rd January with a Nodal T Square to the Uranus – Pluto square – being kicked up on this day and completing on valentines day on Feb 14^th and these are what puts the eclipse power in motion – bringing together the many crossings and pathways in the great tree of life – Imshalla. The sun and the moon – spirit and soul – inner and outer planes meet here and from that fulcrum of perfect balance we forge ahead with new insights and understandings.
 
Massive Full Moon in Cancer [see face book connection re this at www.facebook.com/thrivebydesign/ and a New Moon in Aquarius on the 20^th in the midst of all this also.
 
 It is so important at this time to give your self time, to be contemplative and open and as the earth is travelling with us to these new horizons and because all birth is messy, this is another time when there may be an upheaval in global weather [storms and water issues most likely – tsunamis or flooding] and seismic activity now. This simply makes sense.
 
And as Mercury will be retro in Aquarius during this process [and in pre and post shadow this period extends beyond the January 21^st to Feb 11^th back to years beginning and first week of March] we will indeed be required to not so much look out into the world to cross T’s and dot I’s - but to actually do this process within ourselves which will make the transition so much easier in the future.
 
On March 11^th Mars conjuncts Uranus activating the square and this will produce a lot of anger in the world and rebellious outpourings against the status quo – no matter where you are be careful and watch for mad bints on the road and other craziness looking for a bone breaking outlet. This will continue to the last hurrah of the solar eclipse on the 20^th and all cardinal signs will crack something open big time here as outlined above.
 
And again the Lunar Eclipse on the 4^th of April will reactivate the Uranus – Pluto square and due to its alignment with the star Algorab – the likelihood of terrorism is again quite high as this star is often seen as negative and there is also much strange death possible here – sudden and dramatic deaths of loved ones that impact on many.
 
These next few months will be very tricky, powerful and transformative – if you allow them to be and actively work with them. On April 9 Jupiter stations direct, April 17^th Pluto retrogrades and on June 12^th Neptune retrogrades – all just stirring things up again and we will talk more about this as the times come closer.
 
But as mentioned earlier Jupiter in Leo direct will inflate egos again as the pretentious wee kings and queens of the world feel the world owes them their living and all should bow down before them lol.
 
This is where the rich get richer and the poor get poorer again and the possibility of spontaneous combustion in the face of greedy egos is very high and risky for all. During this transit it is very easy for fire signs to be creative and potent – including pregnancy so be mindful. There is lots of room for major court battles during this time,  creative self expression, children’s rights, travel, publishing and religious wars can all be on the world stage about now.
 
Again the Cardinal signs [especially Aries] are really going to be feeling this and doing the most profound changes so be warm and loving to your Aries, Cancer,  Libran and Capricorn friends!!


 
On April 20^th to 26^th there is a Grand Earth trine with Mars, Mercury and Pluto [and even Lilith -all at 15 degrees] – a powerful day of downloading and encoding much information that will come to us from the earth and cosmos at the same time. A sensual time in which we can connect deeply to our blue print and release a lot of the constraints that have been put upon us over aeons of times and interferences. Do what ever you can during this period to be open to what comes – ritual and ceremony will help a lot during this time.
 
June also includes Chiron going retro – more on that as we get closer but another layer of a wound is being laid down here for healing and letting go – look to where it is in your chart as to see how it may affect you.
 
Some nice alignments in July with Venus and Jupiter, soften some of the raging energies this year and then at the end of the month Venus stations and retrogrades at Zero degrees in Virgo until 6^th September. There is a strong sense of money running out, drying up and affecting food availability and price during this time – economic woes that have been looming since 2008 may now make them selves truly felt at this time.
 
During this retrograde time [which only happens every 18 months or so] there will be a big re-evaluation of our relationships -  what is working – what is not and how to rejig or leave them and on the other side of this we will re-engage with love and courage for what works.
 
During August there are some more wonderful and interesting alignments – a repeat of the Venus [now retro] and Jupiter energies, Jupiter moves into Virgo on the 11^th and all other energies here can point to a new birthing – possibly the return of an old flame – a new way of being with that person or yourself. The marriage of matter and spirit continues and allows a new form of progeny to arrive both within on the inner planes and manifested in some form in the outer planes. It is here we realise that perhaps the divine needs us at times more than we need it – so pay attention to what is arising within and without at this time and dare to grow. Your creative and alchemical potential is very large here so make the most of it to grow and expand.
 
During Jupiter in Virgo – until December –  and this will impact on the middle east and central and southern Europe energetically. Jupiter in Virgo will bring hard and fast lessons to the big egos and profligate spending of the previous year and we will see huge austerity measures being brought in at that time when yet again the taxpayer is asked to bail out the greed of the bankers – which will impact this time not only on health and welfare but on food supplies and water and this may well be the beginning of wars of the future over food and water who owns what resources – expect the big corporations to go hard against the masses here.
 
In September the eclipse season moves in again and the solar eclipse in Virgo on the 13^th again connects to the magical realms and what can be manifested into this reality by what is created on the inner planes.  This partial eclipse begins a new 19 year cycle here and we will look more at this closer to the date. Due to the stars it dances with and Mercury going retro again here from the 17^th September in Libra to October 9^th the whole magical reality simply gets bigger here.
 
Also on the 17^th Jupiter opposes Neptune in Virgo/Pisces basically saying that all that has been whooped up and wasted by all in the elite political chattering monkey class will  now be required to be paid for.  Expect a big rash of bankruptcies here – people will be delusional and confused and lost and bewildered during this energy that will flow into 2016 before any respite. And again because of the placement in Virgo there is a sense of food and basic security issues playing out, massive unemployment which will lead to a large upswing in recreational drugs, self experimentation with making of these and again there is a sense of big pharma politics coming in – with either an attempt to mass vaccinate the population against some plague or other and the population not wanting to have a bar of it.


 
There could be lots of Pisces oriented water disasters at this time – flooding, tsunamis and cyclones and also seismic activity of a particularly volatile kind – and as it also rules viruses – here is where that energy may come into play subsequent attempts to control all through it.  This really is a very volatile time which could lead to riots over food, unavailability of the very basics of life, the whole thing beginning to tumble down. 
 
 
 The cardinal signs will be gnashing their teeth and drawing their breath after the past wee while of tumult and change – and in the middle of this retro we have an Aries eclipsed Moon on the 28^th - just to take us deeper down the tunnel of hoodoo voodoo and all things being seen and manipulated to allow us to grow into the magical child again. The chaos of all this though is likely to see much turbulence on the world stage and much upheaval in the political and the personal as well as the seismic and stormy! Be very mindful of your own projections here [that which you despise or fear in another and precludes rational resolution] as it Will all be yours and so own it and deal with it – there will be enough of that madness going on with our politicians and religious nutbag types without the common man adding to the pain. Grow up peeps – the demented religious and politic is always late to follow lol.
 
On the 18^th of this month also Saturn turns direct back into Sagittarius at 15 degrees until December 19^th  – watch this space – again room for high volatility and acts of madness – by freedom fighters or terrorists or terrorists masquerading as governments – but a high potential  here for blowing things up. Particularly during the Mercury retro here. And Pluto turns direct on the 25^th. So much fire energy this year.
 
And so we move from a big expansive and creative aspect of early part of the year – still with lots of issues and problems – but with real possibilities of awakening into huge downturn from August into September and then major global issues then with a clouded, angry, bitter population who have just about had enough of the monkey’s at the top and the nightmare that they have created for all humanity.
 
And in October it all just continues with Jupiter trining Pluto on the 11^th which can lead to inflation, housing bubbles bursting, food prices and all other things going through the roof.
Most of the stressful aspects for the year settle now however the ripple out effect of the last great hit of the Uranus – Pluto square will of course be felt out there until 2027 – and by then we will have had to shed our anger, repaired the thousands of generations of human exploitation, religious brutality, corruption, slavery and greed.
And the shocks will continue to unfold mind you – that which has been put in motion cannot be undone – there is no back to return to lol. Several aspects between Neptune, Mars, Jupiter and Venus will be looked at as we come closer to this time of year and then in November on the 3^rd Jupiter in Virgo opposes Chiron – again hitting the pay packet, job security, food availability, earth birth changes etc. – with big losses likely. Some forms of insurance may be abandoned at this point.
 
On the 11^th November there is a powerful Yod  [or finger of God] transiting to Uranus from Jupiter and where ever this points in your chart some life changing things will occur – and this is compounded by its sextile the New Moon and Mercury here and will influence things quite powerfully for about a week up front.   
 
Saturn square Neptune at the end of the month is really going to test us and bring some serious reality checks to some of what we have been doing over the last little while – it wants us to work hard and figure out what can be realistically achieved and what needs to be abandoned before we waste any more time on it. Neptune goes direct on the 19^th and Chiron on the 28^th.
 
December also has some  volatile flash points with an old and timely reminder of the Cardinal Grand Cross but this one more in a T Square however be sensible in your travel plans and risk taking adventure time this festive period.  Uranus stations direct on the 26^th.
 
 
Chinese Astrology for 2015


 
There was a fair amount of chaos from the Wood Horse year just completing. This year is gentler and an opportunity to reforge bonds and ties to the people that matter in our lives and practice that most virtuous of qualities – kindness. The Year of the Wood Sheep is also a very creative time and a wonderful time to let those juices flow from your being out into the world – a time to cultivate beauty.
 
It is a good year especially for those born in the year of the Sheep, the Rabbit, the Horse and the Pig. This year also correlates to the western sign of Cancer so the year will be beneficient for them also.
 
This year is a bit of a bonus and healing time following the chaos and fire of the Horse year. From the perspective of the chinese interpretations this year will actually allow a certain amount of stability to return as the conditions that have created a certain amount of the political and economic restlessness will settle now. And whilst this seems slightly at odds with the Western predictions it is also true that in the west the great Uranus – Pluto square has its last hit this year – there is a different interpretation to what will flow is all.
 
What is the same is that this year 2015 is the time of an ending of one age and the creation of a new one. There is a genuine hope that at this time humanity has an opportunity to reach for a new future with all the favourable signs and fortuitous omens for this year in the chinese calendar.


 
Starting on Feb 19^th [although technically celebrated on the 4^th] it will complete on February 16^th 2016 there is much hype in the eastern community that a time of economic stability is feasible with these conditions – whether we seize this remains to be seen.
 
In traditional chinesse astrology – this is the Year of Yui Wei or the the 32^nd year of the Green Wooden Ram [aka sheep or goat] and is represented s the period of the passing summer – the period of harvesting the crops and prosperity and well being. .
 
The wording for this is, “ the creativity of the Wooden Ram – its’ diligence applied to hard work ensures prosperity” – in the understanding that hard work is the key here.
 
This year is a Yin [feminine] energy, a symbol of harmony and peaceful co-existence and tranquillity. What this does portend is that again as the chaos of the Uranus – Pluto Square hits cease this year in March – we have the possibility of building a better world under these conditions. We have the possibility of avoiding war and find compromise for peace and this is very valuable in the world today. This of course also applies on the personal level and means we too can work out win – win situations in our lives.
 
In this feminine and nurturing times will help with the healing of the past years of serious chaos within and without the individuals and states experience. There is a real opportunity to come together here in the Aquarian way of the new age – being inclusive and conciliatory – and if you take this approach to your endeavours then you can be assured of success.
 
With the outer planets having spent much recent time in signs of upheaval and tearing down – the year of the sheep is a great year to rebuild well. There will be a greater instinct within all of us to get back to basics and begin in a more co-operative way. The sabre rattling by our demented ‘leaders’ now has an opportunity to be restrained and calmed down and it behoves all of us to encourage our childish leaders to lean towards this.
 
Remember the nature of politics in its current structure is that mad children come to power and they are usually about 10 years behind the general population in ideas, so we all need to take a more active role in obliging them to grow up as best they can. Our avoidance of them has led, in part, to the chaos we see in the world today although it is true the banking industry and its quest for global control bears most of it – we must reclaim our power in this year of opportunity and insist the frightened children in ‘power’ grow up a little.
 
This will unfold in our own families and business dealings also as we recognise deep within us that whatever grievances we carry – they are simply about the parts of us that are seeking healing – no matter how we project them onto others – and better ways can be found in this Year of the Sheep.
 
This is a real opportunity to mend fences and impose loving discipline over chaos. Do know that aggressive impulses in this year can be easily out-manoeuvered by strategy and common sense.
 
In this year the fiery periods that are identified correlate with the times of turbulence in western astrology also. The most turbulent and chaotic of times will be during the period of the 
Dragon – between March 20^th and April 20^th and again during the period of the Ox from 22^nd December til 20^th of January 2016 both being initiated by the equinox and the solstice at these times.
 
In Feng Shui terms however the Hostility Star seeks to dominate bringing a feeling of mistrust and misunderstanding to relationships in particular so ensure you have your cures in place to counter this.

This is considered a fertile year by the pundits and there are many babies likely to arrive – both into families and babies being created creatively – projects, art etc. There is a strong desire to renovate homes and offices under these energies and most people will do this on a budget as that is also what they are drawn to doing.
 
We will be drawn to the good life in the year of the sheep however we will also be drawn to put money in the bank and again we will have to negotiate with ourselves over the latest gadget vs a desire for security.
 
What is likely to happen this year? Due to the strong wood Yin element and its influence over earth [compounded by the flying star number 3 in the centre – also earth] March, April and September and October are quite likely to produce strong earthquakes [this also coincides with the eclipse seasons – also portents of seismic activity].

Also the flying star number 3 in the centre of things is a portent for fighting, malicious gossip, lawsuits and other disagreeable actions in the centre of your world this year so appropriate cures are very wise.


 
Yin Wood is Xun Gua and Xun is Wind so we are likely to see strong cyclones and hurricanes this year – if you live in that belt of the world take appropriate precautions and have adequate insurance.
Natural disasters that focus on destructive power of thunderstorms, power failures, lightening or electrical accidents are accented this year.
 
As Wood on top of Earth symbolises upper level controlling lower level the likelihood of mad governments using increasing force to control the people but due to the yin factor this will be done in secretive and manipulative ways – consequently leading to greater rebellion and killings.
 
Wei is Earth and earth is faith, traditional values, patriarchy, religion, customs etc and so these institutions will face big challenges this year also.
 
Earth element is also land, property, building and construction so as this is controlled by Wood in the year of the sheep one can be assured there will be new regulations controlling sale and management of property and development and as earth is suppressed here there may well be a collapse in house prices.
 
Earth is also for digestion, muscular system and the skin and so as it is controlled by wood these too may be some cause for concern and take the appropriate good attitude to health awareness.


 
Due to where the three-killing and five yellow stars are located this year the likelihood of sexual assault and harassment of younger females of the tribe [and indeed the earth] is enhanced and again the cures will help. And as we discussed at length last year the Feng Shui age of 8 impacts on children and they remain likely to be the ones that bear the brunt of what negatively unfolds this year and so keep an eye on your precious small people – we will see this continue to be reflected in incidents as the school killings and slaughter of the innocents.
 
And as yin fire Ding is hidden in the Earth Branch then fire is waiting for its chance to emerge and this will happen in June in the northern hemisphere in the Horse month and in the Ox month in 2015 in the southern hemisphere in January 2015.
