In January 2015, AustStab:

Released the new AustStab ARRB Accredited Contractor Logo;
Began planning for the 20th Annual Conference to be hosted in the Melbourne Region on 27- 29 July 2015
We continued to deliver on the pillars of the association.

The weather in January has been very challenging in various parts of the country with literally droughts, fires and flooding rains. I would be really interested to hear any stories that you might have of stabilised pavements that have performed particularly well during these challenging times.

2014 - 2015 AustStab Initiatives

The progress report for the 2014 - 2015 initiatives is:

The Guide is in the final edit stage
The AustStab ARRB Logo is released in this issue of the AustStab eStab news.
Additional categories have been added to the AustStab Awards of Excellence in 2015 - Young Stabiliser of the Year and Overall Award of Excellence Winner.

Members are asked to keep adding interested people to our mailing list for information about the industry and stabilisation. We are targeting 2500 by the 2015 conference. We currently have nearly 1000 recipients.

AustStab Council and the ARRB Group are pleased to announce the release of the accredited contractor logo.

The logo clearly represents the interests of two industry bodies working together to guide excellence and consistency in pavement recycling and stabilisation.

Date stamped, contractors will only be able to access the logo in years in which they are accredited.

2015 - Training Dates
The dates for the 2015 AustStab CPEE have been finalised. They are as follows:

11/12 March - Wagga Wagga
15/16 April - Darwin
20/21 May - Horsham
10/11 June - Toowoomba
24/25 June - Cloncurry
8 July - Launceston
12/13 August - Perth
