Greenbusch provided mechanical engineering services for this housing project. The project was designed by Schemata Workshop and Champion Commercial Structures was the modular manufacturer. The units were built off-site in a factory over an eight-week period, shipped to the site and set in place over four days with a crane.

West Point Modular Office Annex
The Office Annex at the West Point Treatment Plant provides permanent office space that replaces temporary construction trailers. The new office annex provides spacious, comfortable and functional office space, replacing older structures that were inefficient and not designed for the intended use. The building incorporates ‘green’ building techiques and energy efficient design. Energy use is reduced by an enhanced insulation envelope and radiant floor heating using energy from the plant heat recovery system.
Greenbusch also provides technical expertise in acoustical consulting, audio/video consulting, vertical transportation design and commissioning services.
