20 Years in Bend for Anna!

Yes, it's true.  I moved to Bend in 1995, fresh out of college and ready to experience a new West coast lifestyle.  Back then, downtown Bend had one little sleepy place to listen to music and two little hometown breweries.  Boy, those were the days. 

Much has changed in our lovely town for the better in the past 20 years and I am thrilled to still be enjoying life here in Bend.  See below to view a snapshot of last year's statistics for Bend real estate month by month.

Central Oregon Market Outlook



We had a stellar year in 2014 for Bend real estate.  We are still dealing with a low inventory dilemma which is causing a pent up demand and creating a sellers market.  I predict that in 2015, we will see a high influx of new listings which will help balance out the market and level out the prices for a while.  Currently, we are seeing amazingly low interest rates but the Fed has indicated that they are expected to rise this year by mid-2015.
