Fresh Salad Recipe #18 TACO SALAD
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 tbl taco seasoning
12 ounces iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 small tomato, diced
3 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
6 tbl sour cream
6 tbl salsa
3/4 cup guacamole
Directions:
Brown the hamburger; drain off the fat. Stir in the seasoning mix, and a little water, if desired. Divide all of the ingredients among the serving plates. Serves 6.
