Open Windows letting heat out?
Overheating is a common problem in commercial buildings. Without zoned heating, this is often the result of needing to keep the majority comfortable, without being able to serve the heating needs of individual rooms.
eTRV+ provides radiator level control, making each radiator a separate zone, with individual, automatic control. eTRV+’s close temperature control will keep the room at the consistent temperature you select – improving comfort for all.
However, this alone does not cater for that time when, even though the temperature is normal, you just feel too warm and need to open a window to get some air. eTRV+ now includes anew Open Window feature – which turns the heating down, minimising heat loss when a window is opened. Fully built in, this integral feature does not rely on separate window mounted sensors.
