San Francisco-based 10X Genomics has raised more than $55M to start selling a new technology that is designed to provide a more richly detailed picture of the human genome. The Series B round was led by Foresite Capital and joined by Venrock, as well other as new and existing investors. Forbes
Welltok raised an additional $12M from Hearst Heath Ventures and others, capping off a $37M Series D round. The Denver-based startup seeks to help health plans and population health managers better optimize incentives. MedCity News
Menlo Park, CA-based Health Fidelity has raised more than $19M. The company’s product, Reveal, is an advanced healthcare natural language processing platform. SEC
Health analytics marketplace Apervita has closed an $18M Series A round. The round was led by GE Ventures and Baird Capital. BusinessWire
Augmedix has raised a $16M Series A round. The funding, from Emergence Capital and DCM, is to support a program that runs on Google Glass that is designed to free up doctors from several hours' worth of data entry each day. VentureWire

Fitness startup Fitmob raised $5M to expand into more cities. The new funding was catalyzed by an AngelList Syndicate that blossomed to include institutions in addition to 92 individual investors. TechCrunch
Peerbridge Health has raised $4.8M. The New York-based startup is developing wearable wireless vital sign monitoring technology. SEC
