Helen Keller Right now we are in the final stages of building the foundation that will allow us to go live among the SAN Bushman. That foundation is you and with your tiny pushes we can go. Our financial deadline is approaching fast. Africa Inland Mission will not allow us to leave until we have 100% pledged. We are currently at 52% and need another $2,061 a month in pledges. If only 200 people which is half of the 400 people that receive this email pledged just $10 a month we will be cleared to go. Stop and think what you spend $10 on a month. A meal, 2 cups of coffee, a monthly magazine subscription you never read, etc. Then ask yourself could I redirect that $10 toward an unreached people group and give them the chance to hear the Gospel? Could my $10 really make that much of difference in the life of someone who has no hope. Yes it can!!! God has told Claudia and I to go and be the people on the ground but we need you as our team behind us. God says to
ASK and you shall receive. We have been praying for God to provide in ways He can only do. He says
ASK. So we are
asking you to partner with us to reach the San in Namibia. We know God has been pulling at your heart. We believe God wants you to commit to something you may see as Beyond You. It is! I remember the first time we diverted a few dollars so we could help a missionary. I also remember how rewarding it was to partner with someone who is taking the gospel to a place I couldn't go and how lives were being changed. We believe God wants your Faith to grow and this is a step of Faith. It is beyond yourself and only God can do it. Our Goal will be reached if just:
206 people pledged $10 per month or
82 people pledged $25 per month or
41 people pledged $50 per month or
21 people pledged $100 per month

~Great news our physicals and paperwork are all finished. We have mailed off our visa paperwork to Namibia and are awaiting medical clearance from AIM.
~Jeremy has finally finished his last online class. Claudia finished early last year, so we see who's the best student of the bunch. Our college GPA's back up this trend also.
~A perspective family is going to babysit our Dog Hope in a few weeks to see if she is a good fit.
~Next week we take Lizzie our 13 year old cat to her new home with a close friend of ours.
~Jeremy has started playing His guitar again after many years of not playing in preparation for Africa.
~ The material for the team houses has arrived and they are finishing them up!
Send us your Sticker it's not late!
Most of us buy a memento or souvenir from the places we have been. Our family tradition is buying patches at all the zoos, parks and historic sites we have been. Then add them to our collection in a big picture frame on the wall. On our last vacation in November, we realized we have 6 big travel trunks that we are taking with us to Africa. Why not have our friends send us a sticker to put on our trunks? For us it will be a great reminder of the support and love from home while we are in Africa. So break out your thinking cap and send us a sticker that best represents you or your family. You can make your own here if you so choose.
