Store Volunteers: NEEDED!!

Each year, the East Meets West Gift Shop generates thousands of dollars to support the Zama Community. This is ONLY possible because of committed volunteers who help staff the store. What this means to the community is that without staff, we cannot generate any revenue to donate back to the community. Please sign-up to volunteer today!
VOLUNTEER NEEDS:
All shifts available in February!
11:00am - 2:30 and 2:30 - 6:00pm

EMW needs two volunteers for each shift in order to operate.

Can you sign up for a shift? Please email Gloria Workman, at
zacsa.emwmanager@gmail.com

East Meets West is OPEN every Tuesday and Thursday, 11 - 6pm, and the first Saturday of every month, 10am - 2pm.

Request for Photos

ZaCSA is asking for donations of your iconic photos of United States landmarks. Photos will be used as a trial fundraising effort  sold at the Cherry Blossom Festival. All proceeds will benefit the mission of ZaCSA. We are requesting beautiful photos from the United States (ex: Grand Canyon, Golden Gate Bridge, Northern Lights).

Please email photos to: zacsa.fundraising@gmail.com
Our February 18th Membership Meeting will feature a Kimono Demonstration by the Zama International Association. This is a FREE event and each member is asked to bring a potluck soup item to share. Please bring a recipe card describing your soup recipe.  >>More information Like ZaCSA Newsletter: February 2015 on Facebook

1. When did you arrive to Camp Zama?
September 1st, 2014

4. What made you decide to join ZaCSA?
I really wanted to get involved with spouses in the area. I knew most of us were very far away from home and I wanted to be a part of a positive support system.

8. What has been the best tourist spot that you recommend to check out?
I really love Enoshima; just about an hour away via train, beautiful beaches, small quaint shops, and lots of history. >>READ MORE
