The 2015 Synod of the Diocese of Mid-America will be held at the Cathedral of St. Matthias, Katy, Texas, on Thursday & Friday - February 26-27, 2015. We recommend that you arrive on Wednesday, Feb. 25th. Business & Lunch will be conducted at the Cathedral on Thursday and Friday. The Banquet will be held at Falcon Point Country Club on Thursday evening.
We have arranged for a block of rooms at the Best Western Plus Katy Inn & Suites (details below). This includes breakfast each morning. The deadline to receive a discounted rate has past, but you may still be able to reserve a room if you call right away. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. You must CALL the hotel to reserve your room and tell them you are with the Reformed Episcopal Church event. Any reservations created online or through any third party will not be included in the group.
NOTE TO CLERGY and/or SR. WARDENS:
- Parish Certification Forms must be submitted by February 6! Please refer to the details contained in the message sent to your personal email. (This is required from every parish in the Diocese whether or not you send a representative to Synod.)

The Online reservation system for Synod is now available. The cost for Synod will be the same as last year.
Synod Registration: $95.00
This cost includes the Registration Charge, Lunch on Thursday & Friday, and the Banquet on Thursday evening.
If someone desires to come ONLY to the Thursday Banquet, the cost will be $45.00.
