JANUARY 2015
We spent the beginning of 2015 avoiding a judgmental moose and pondering the meaning of life. ReKon Productions and Justin Bell Productions teamed up with Franciscan University to bring to life the brand new webseries Egan Hall

The first season of Egan Hall will be split into two series  "Ask Jay" and "Judgmental Moose." The webseries is designed to offer  20-Somethings a deep spiritual thought alongside a generous side dish of humor.

"Ask Jay", directed by Michelle Steffes and written by
Chris Easterly and Justine Schmiesing, explores the world of apps as brought to life by people striving to answer the internets questions.

"Judgmental Moose", directed by Kevin T. Willson and written by Vicki Peterson, follows a young
man haunted by the head of a moose. Appearing at the most awkward moments, a disembodied moose head silently challenges the young man to rethink his poor decisions.

A team of producers ventured beyond the Westside to the beautiful Westlake Village to create a promotional spot for Cinepolis Luxury Theatres. ReKon Producers Kristina Kondrath, Jonathan Blue, and Brand Birtwistle alongside director Douglas Jessup worked in association with Black Box Management to produce a stylish visual introduction to the luxury cinema experience . Very soon, you will be able to see the spot playing before your movie rolls, right as a waiter is bringing a cocktail to your seat.

The life of a runner, according to ReKon's most recent MoFilm spec, is about personal satisfaction and braving obstacles in stride. Producer Kristina Kondrath collaborated with director Douglas Jessup to craft the journey of a determined runner.  Besides a lot of running, the shoot included a fair amount of weather variations all created and shot at ReKon Studio.  Come rain, shine (or snow) runners stay devoted to their sport.  Stay tuned for the release of "Run."
Episode 3 of "Good Game" (#gg #goodgametheseries) is currently in production and will be launching soon. Our team is really picking up steam and ready to bring viewers lots of new content this year.

The series has a lot planned that we aren't quite ready to divulge yet, but stay tuned for more in the very near future.
