Hotel
Hotel Information: Hotel St. Marie
 
- Room rates are $107.00 per night for a Deluxe Room based on double occupancy.
- Add $20/night for triples and $40/night for quads.
- Applicable taxes will be charged, currently at 14.75% sales tax and $1 per night occupancy tax.
 
Making reservations:
- Call the reservations center at 800-366-2743 during normal business hrs and identify yourselves as members of the "Historical Fencers Group."
- Each reservation must be reserved for a minimum of 3 nights in order to qualify for the group rate. Three nights: September 17- 18- 19, 2015.  
- If you are planning on arriving earlier or staying longer, different rates will apply for those additional nights. Make sure to let the reservation center know that you will need the additional nights and ask what the additional nights rates will be. 
 
Singles:
Deluxe Room as a single is currently $122.00 per night you can make the reservation directly online.  These reservations do not count as part of our room total.

According to our contract: Reservations Deadline

Reservations must be before August 3, 2015.  After, August 3, 2015 all unreserved rooms will be released for general resale.

*A one night deposit will be required 14 days prior to arrival to guarantee each reservation.  Cancellations within 14 days will be subject to a one night penalty. 

**We have a block of 25 rooms. So make your reservations as soon as possible.  Once the rooms are booked you will have to pay the going rate to reserve a room at this hotel.

**If by March the 5th all 25 rooms are reserved, I will try to negotiate for another block of rooms at The Prince Conti Hotel. It has the same owners and is only 2 blocks away.
