December's Potluck
Huge thank you to everyone who attended and/or helped with the potluck back in December! We had a turnout of about 70 some people, we think. And some of y’all were amazing at helping with set up and clean up. In the end, we wrapped everything up perfectly, leaving the place cleaner than we found it.
Also, a special thank you to Linda Drake and her group who were key in helping with everything, especially set up. Some of you are in both our groups, but either way, it was awesome and fun. Thanks!

2015 Numerology Notes
It's been awhile since I've given you guys one my free numerology outlooks. I used to do this every month and then it became too much for me to do on a regular basis. It's one thing to see what I see. Another to write it out for someone else to understand.
I tend to get pretty detailed when I write these, so they aren’t exactly the usual fluff that you usually see published out there, nor is it easy for me to churn these out. But they are substantial. Hopefully this year I will get to do a little more writing than I have the past couple of years. In the mean time, I give you something to start your year with.
I gave a 2015 numerology predictions lecture here at the Austin Metaphysical Life Fair this month. So for our January newsletter, I'm including a recap on the predictions I gave at that lecture. As well, I'm including a PDF copy of my general Heretical Numerology Outlook Calendar for 2015 for your use as well. I’m not publishing this for free on my blog like I used to do. This batch of goodness is just available to my email list and members of my group, The Seeker's Round Table (TSRT). Some of you have been here since the very beginning over 12 years ago. My gratitude to you for your ever support, feedback and encouragement along my path.

In this PDF document, you will find a comprehensive list of upcoming 2015 celestial events, astrology events, and numerological events, and even my notes on when to watch the traffic in the morning. My traffic notes come from years of observation in the Austin area. Certain equations falling on certain days has always resulted in an increase of car accidents in Austin. I don’t try to do traffic predictions for other areas. After all, I don’t live elsewhere. I'm tapped into the energy here and I observe most of my patterns here. That said, I think that this traffic issue is probably a unique occurrence only shared by areas with similar issues. And that this anomaly in energy for the Austin area has to do with many factors, including our odd road system here, the fact that you can’t get anywhere in Austin without crossing a bridge and the fact that this particular section of I35 is considered the most dangerous in all of the US. Converge those factors with numerological events, along with the numerological aspects that are unique to this area and it just seems to spell out ultra-issues on our roads. Other areas with similar challenges may also experience traffic issues on these dates too. But without being able to observe the patterns and run the numbers on each and every area, I can't really speak to the possible patterns elsewhere.

Back to 2015
Peace vs. not-Peace seems to be on our minds an awful lot these days. Certainly, it’s always news worthy, but at the same time, it seems many are wondering - will there ever be a break? Are we giving it enough energy and attention? Are we giving it too much attention? Do we pay attention to the news. Or do we ignore it?
Well, so here’s the thing. While we certainly must take these things seriously, it’s also important to recognize what these events are about. Everything that we see around us today is indicative of changes and evolution taking place. We’ve always been working towards a significant shift in 2020 and in our evolution as a spiritual race. I can say that confidently just from looking at numbers. No emotional attachments or political opinions are necessary to see it. And I’ve been saying this since before Y2K.
You see, with the turn into the new millennium, we began working with energies we’d never worked with before. Things that used to work, stopped working. And things that were never possible before are now possible. It’s all part of the process as the millennium turns over. And part of that process introduces 100 years of spiritual challenges and opportunities to grow, like we’ve never really seen before. It’s no wonder why the turning of millenniums has led to fears and legends about the endings of things. Because the shift forces societal change and growth. Whether we enjoy the process or not.
Those first 20 years inside that new numerological development are foundational. And 2020, just as a number, is significant. In a way like only 1010 and 3030 can relate.
We are living in the making of foundational history y’all. You can fear it, or you can seize the ride. The energy is ripe with possibility. Will you harvest the fruit or let it rot on the vine?
With that in mind, just know that for right now political unrest is going to be in the news through 2016. It just is. Will it be about us? Sometimes yes. Other times, not so much. As Americans, it’s a unique luxury to be concerned with the affairs of the world. We’ll be concerned about them, because that’s who we are. And because we have a large role to play on the world stage, certainly many things going on elsewhere will affect us. Especially as the world wants us to participate or not.
We’re going through a time where our role on the world stage, especially when it comes to the conflicts of others, feels much in question. And there’s no real right or wrong answer here. When do you step in and help your brother and when do you not? How does that brother feel when you do? Do they feel “Thank goodness my brother is watching out for me?” Or is it, “Why is my brother always in my business, bossing me around like he’s so much better than me?” Or a little of both.
Sometimes we will choose not to step in, and it will be – “Why weren’t you there?” Sometimes it will be – “Why’s it any of your business?” All we can do is try to make the best decisions we can. Decisions that can always be judged and torn apart under a microscope, but are never easy to figure out or execute. Sometimes we have to wait for the hindsight of 20/20. ;)
The thing about peace and world issues, is that they come in waves and are based on the nation and people involved. Every nation has its own numerological patterns too, just like human beings. And something important to consider is that political unrest is a sign that people are figuring things out. People are figuring out the be’s and the not-be’s. And there are always contractions before something is born. I believe that the world has been feeling the Braxton-Hicks of pregnancy for some time. And soon, if not already, true labor begins.
The world is discovering itself. And the teen angst of social entities is rife. There will come a time when the hormonal upheaval will settle out. In the mean time, it's not our job to be afraid every time we hear of one more upset. It's our job to focus on clarifying our own purpose, our own path, our own character and serve the highest good we can, working from the Pure Heart. Ultimately, what else can be asked? Everything begins with you. It has always been thus.
January
To start out, the month of January 2015 is really about clarity, service and wrapping up the business from last year as well as anything that's left undone. This means it's a good time to get s*** done that hasn't been done, and needs to get done. You’ve probably already felt the compelling energy of this.
Remember you always have free will, so you don't have to get things wrapped up if you choose not to. Or if you have nothing to wrap up or resolve, well then you don’t. However when we have these windows of opportunities like this, they offer us extra help to accomplish something.
In this case January will be a good time to channel energy into something you need to complete or resolve. This could involve work, it could involve relationships, it could involve feelings and fears. If you have reservations about something, this energy is here to help you sort that out, if you will use it. It could involve getting to that thing you started, didn't finish, and you've been wanting to get back to. If you know you have important things on your plate that need to get done, then this is definitely the time to get it done. Things will get busier around the corner and the energy just won't be as conducive to help you out. You might not have time later. So now's a good time. Don't be tempted to put things off. However, if you miss the boat, that's okay. Another opportunity for this energy will roll around later. Though it’ll be awhile and it'll be a little more challenging.
Some dates to note. On January 20th we had a super moon in Aquarius that coincides with a date of numerological significance. We also have an arc of influence beginning on the 20th that lasted 4 days, as well as Mercury going retrograde in Aquarius on the 21st. Whenever I find dates on the celestial and astrological scale coinciding with a numerology event, it tends to open the windows of possibilities, as well as stressors, even wider. And those dates become far more intense in terms of influence. They also become far more intense in terms of stress on society in general.
The best way to think of these convergences, is to think in terms of windows of opportunity as well as challenge, where choices made can take drastically different paths. It's not always easy in the moment to see what these windows are capable of. Often it's when we look back in history, that we see that these windows are where everything changed. In some cases, the higher amounts of various types of energies overlapping each other actually increase our senses of volatility. It feels like a choppy sea. We feel less sure about what the outcome is going to be. Believe it or not, we do have these instances in our human development where even spirit is not entirely sure what will happen. So many different energies converge into a single space time continuum. And while we know that the results will be amazing, they're not always certain. Major arches of influence are like this. Layers of these arches overlapping each other, such as what we will find in September, augment that idea to the nth degree. More about September here in a bit....
Ultimately, January is really not going to be all that stressful from a societal point of view. However, to recap on what I told everyone at my lecture - towards the end of January leading on into February, I expect to see an increase of weather anomalies and conditions that we need to brace ourselves for. Austin in general is not used to real winter weather. So if you live in Austin and you're not used to that, please make the proper arrangements to be prepared for anything. I expect to see unusual things for the nation as a whole, but Austin's my main concern.
To be honest, this is why I decided back in October that we’re skipping January’s class. The pattern became apparent to me then when I started boiling the numbers for 2015. The energy is a little too unpredictable and the last thing I want is to be a reason why people are out in questionable weather. Enjoy a break. Stay home and cuddle up. I know I will. (Besides, you can use the time to finish something.)
A word of caution though about weather and your energy. Let the natural cycles do their thing. I know it can be inconvenient, but instead of putting energy toward stopping Gaia's natural cycles and needs or fearing them, focus your energy on keeping people safe and lovingly allowing the benefits of these natural cycles to flourish. The energies we focus on as a collective do have an impact on our world around us. Let it be loving and enjoyable. It's OK for us to have a snow day once in a while. And it gives us a chance to get back in tune with Mother Nature and listen to her for awhile.
January will feel choppy when it comes to foreign markets and the world doing business with us. Not so choppy on the domestic side. The Universe is delivering January as a means to help resolve the what is, and the what is nots in the world. And it will continue into February.
February
While January this year is really about wrapping up last year and wrapping up unfinished business to prepare the way for more, February is more about new beginnings and cooperative independence. It's a good time to launch things - along with initiating everything on your plate for 2015.
That said, there's an element of cooperation that must take place. A lot of times, windows about beginnings are also about do-it-yourself independence and the inherent individual responsibility in that independence. There's often an unattachment to others. Here we see independence, but coupled with an element of necessary cooperation with others, as well as responsibility involving and affecting others. So here you have the caveat of cooperative responsibility and leadership.
This is also a good time to implement new ideas and new ventures in the new year. It's very important though that you listen to your inner guidance for direction. Take that time to meditate and bring forth those ideas. And don't be afraid, in this case, to bounce things off others before you jump. Or to partner up with others to help make your impact bigger, or more efficient.
With the first half of February looking tedious for weather issues, make sure to make the most of this month in spite of weather. Also be sure to invest in your personal time to commune with the Universe. This demands connection between Heaven and Earth and brings forth new ideas that should be considered. Do not get so busy with starting things up for the year that you sacrifice your connection to Spirit and intuition. Or you’ll be off track for the rest of your year. Foundational stuff here guys, so listen.
March
Moving into March we run into some challenges and spiritual lessons. I expect some physical trials will also take place. During this month we will get a small taste of what to expect come this fall. And I expect some turbulent weather in March as well. Be prepared with emergency plans for unexpected weather.
There's a major arc of numerological influence running from March 8th through 11th. I expect significant weather issues to surface during this week as well as dangerous traffic issues. The equation pattern shows up much bigger than the weather issues I see in January/February. This is the week before spring break in Texas. There's some stuff going on during spring break as well, so if you are traveling during this time, it’s important to just plan ahead and be careful.
We also have a total solar eclipse coming on March 20th which is also the vernal equinox and New Moon. These celestial events just complicate the numerological energies already in place.
From a social point of view, every time we have a holiday, or a break from school, etc., they tend to soften the blow of a converging event. However, it can create traffic issues at the beginning and end. Why? Because traffic easily becomes the vehicle for channeling the energetic stresses. And holidays always mean an increase in less common traffic patterns. (Whether you are in school, or have kids in school, or you don't - our society in general tends to revolve around education and training schedules. So even banker's holidays and school holidays have an energetic social impact.)
During March, expect to deal with spiritual lessons. What this means is that small, but often intense, challenges take place that are only challenges to you. When it's over, a lot of people will feel like March was a stressful month, but not everyone will agree as to why. Because the impact will be very individual in nature. Whatever happens, remember that it's not about the physical thing happening to you or in your life. It's about how you deal with it and the spiritual lesson behind it. Sometimes this brings the opportunity to clear a subconscious fear. Fears you may not even know you have. Sometimes it's just a little Life Quiz to see where you've grown. The key during this time, is that when those stresses pop up, you always look for the spiritual root and route. ;)
April
Come April, we're going to start feeling a bit of a relief. It's a time for doing service. It's also a time for investing in your friendships, relationships and the social circles in your life. Make a point of getting out and communing with others of like mind sometime during this month. It's a great time to network a little too, as long as you keep it social. Or host a gathering of friends yourself. The point is, develop and invest in relationships with other human beings outside your home life or usual work life. This will help make up for the stresses of the previous weeks, and also help give you a foundation for what's to come later in the year. This energy is simply offering you opportunity. You can use it and benefit from it, or you can ignore it and miss the opportunity. There's no right or wrong choice here, just a window you can choose to use. Ideally, you'll use it.
Summer
Most of the summer is fairly run of the mill until we hit August. Don't get me wrong - there are always dates of significance in every month. And you will see a list for every single month in the PDF file. When I do predictions for a year, I do calculations on every single day of the 365 days in the year. Then I stand back and look for what stands out and what calls for my attention the loudest.
With this in mind and everything else that's afoot this year, summer looks much quieter and I think overall that's how we'll experience it. Come end of August though, we start seeing an increase in complicating and overlapping energies. This builds to a massive series of events in September.
Fall
September is a time that demands discipline, high performance and quick thinking. And it brings us a reckoning. Consequences and reaping what we sow become the theme for that month. This is the kind of energy we see when businesses succeed and when they fail. When the culminations of seeds planted before come not only into the Light, but flower into their true nature.
I expect to see Enron type events at this time. There will also be some amazing advances. The market is going to feel volatile as well. The roots of this start to show up in August.
To try to explain further, there are a lot of micro energies building up during this time, being overlapped by larger energies, being overlapped again by even larger energies, again and again and again. It's a complex structure of many different types of energies and equations converging into one space time continuum. In some ways, you could equate this event as kind of like the energy of a lotto. Imagine all these different numbers and energies bouncing around in a big ole hopper. No one knows just which one is going to dominate, if any. The difference is, in the Lotto, only one energy truly makes the outcome. But here, all the energies play individual roles, pulling society in all sorts of directions, all at once. In this case, the lotto reaps seemingly too many outcomes.
For many it will seem hard to figure out which direction is what during this time. While September brings a lot of challenges and stresses with it, and to the empathic it may seem like a whole lot of distracting noise, it also can be a time for snatching up opportunities. Be prepared to think fast and be quick on your feet when making decisions during this time. The tasks at hand will involve many different types of energies and choices and factors. There's no successful way to spend a lot of time contemplating or using too much energy on any one thing. So like Frogger trying to cross several streams and a busy highway while avoiding the crocodiles (video game reference), you need to be quick and sure of foot. This is important for staying safe while navigating the waters. It's also important for catching the fish jumping upstream along the way. (Or in the case of Frogger, finding a partner.)
September leads into a very dense and heavy feeling October. While September feels like a hyperactive squirrel with a caffeine buzz, October feels more like a lead weight. Instead of hopping around, the energy shows up more dense and burdensome. This all prepares the way for moral considerations, spiritual revealings and a rare astrological event in November. Come December, the pressurizing energies will finally fizzle off just in time for the holidays.
A note on the upcoming Presidential race...
It's already come up. People are wondering. There are no official candidates at this time, so I haven't run any new numbers yet. I usually don't run numbers for primaries, though I did last time. And of course, I've already seen the numbers of Hillary Clinton and Sarah Palin from the last real presidential race.
There's a lot of speculation about whether our society world would be in a better place if a mother were in charge. And I certainly think this is an interesting consideration. However, I'm not sure it will be as different as, or even the kind of different, we might think it would be.
Ultimately, I can tell you that our nation has followed a distinct numerological pattern in whom we tend to vote into office. The times we have not followed this pattern, the president in question has either not lasted more than one term, or he's died. In every other case, no matter what party, we have followed a distinct numerological pattern, or attraction, per se.
Hillary does not quite fit the pattern. She does and she doesn't. The issue here is not her ability to lead or whether she fits, so much. The issue is that she has an incredibly unique number pattern that is best expressed through spiritual service at a higher plane. Not politics. In fact, not politics of any kind. If she were to retire from political life and instead take up a cause of some sort, what she could accomplish and do with that would be incredible. I just don't know if she can find her way to that at this time. If she tries to express this calling through politics, she'll be inhibited. Not because of parties or personality, or whatnot. It'll be because it's not a matching channel for the soul energy. Kind of like trying to tune into a station, but the connection is mostly static because your dial is one-off the actual station. Any resulting decisions made could have issues because the signal is incomplete, there's missing data and lacking support. But when you finally move the dial another tick, suddenly everything is clear and enjoyable. I believe that Hillary is attractive to many because of the leadership energy present, but that her soul's path is actually meant to take another direction. If she can clear the air and noise around her and find it.
As to who would make a good presidential leader at this time? From a numerology point of view? I would say with 2020 on the horizon and with other factors in place, that someone with a 22/4 in a strong position will be the best choice. Possibly coupled with an 8, depending on the positions in their Core. Just as we voted someone into office the last time who matched the first 11 year in 99 years, I think we'll be drawn to find someone who fits the need again for 2018-2020. Or at least I hope. Again, it's not a party matter. It really isn't. At the last major election, no matter who we voted into office, our choices for candidates both had the exact same paths. No matter what happened, we were going to vote someone into office who had a Life Lesson of 11 just in time for the very first 11 year the Western world had experienced in 99 years. The fact that our vice president also shares the same Life Lesson just sealed the deal. Party wasn't the factor. Numbers were. So, we're talking about being drawn to the life paths and strengths of candidates that will best serve where we are at, and at the right time. That said, I need to emphasize that the distinct pattern we've tended to follow is strictly tied to presidential candidates, not necessarily their running-mates.
This is my opinion, based on numbers. I haven't looked to see if anyone being chattered about has any particular pattern or not. In general, I don't run numbers on people without permission. Until they hold or run for an important office whose decisions impact the lives and directions of so very many. Like world leaders. I will eventually take a look though. And as always when I do, I'll let you know what I find.
