“To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others; to leave the world a little better; whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is the meaning of success.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

RACHAEL WATT ...
Lives: Born and raised in Vancouver, currently nesting in an adorable building a block from kits beach.
Q. Your experience doing jumping photos?
A: I absolutely loved jumping for joy! My cheeks were sore by the end from all the smiling and laughing that naturally came with the project.
Q: What inspires you in life?
A: Everything inspires me! The creative side of me is triggered by art, music, and pop culture. Some of my biggest inspirations have come from traveling. I've been inspired to make a difference in this world because of the places I've been. From industrial cities like Hong Kong to untouched sanctuaries in the Amazon, you cannot help but be inspired.
Q: Your greatest passion?
A: I have an undeniable passion for animals. From a very young age I knew how important it was for me to make a difference in this world regarding the creatures we share this earth with. From fostering animals and volunteering in my community, to the dream of a large scale animal activism adventure, animals have always been my passion.
Q: Your driving force?
A: Right now my youth is my driving force, at 21 years old I really just want to experience everything, I want to connect to as many people and adventures as humanly possible. The excitement of "what's next" really opens my mind to all the possibilities in store for me.
Q: Philosophy?
A: We are all responsible for educating ourselves about the planet on which we live.
Q: Anything in the world?
A: I would love to be able to incorporate what I love and am passionate about into my life everyday. I hope what whatever I settle into will directly connect with my passion for animals.
Q. Working on?
A. Currently I am working on starting a local dog walking business, to work with dogs everyday would make me jump for joy.
