A Special Thanks

This month MRH is proud to partner with the:

Nebraska Humane Society's
Star Equine
Rehabilitation Program.

The Star Equine Rehabilitation Program at the Nebraska Humane Society began in earnest in September of 2012, spurred on by a growing number of neglected horses coming through the agency’s gates.  Generous donors, and horse lovers came together to form a more comprehensive  program that includes housing the horses, providing proper nutrition, vet, and farrier care, and then working the horses on basic skills needed to ensure their adoptability.

They will be hosting a great lineup of
MRH educational offerings
this month, so b
e sure to see the Upcoming Events section to the right for specific dates and information on these fine events!

Then, please visit their website to learn more about the good work they do on behalf of horses in need.

Melanie and Paige

This mother/daughter duo never cease to amaze me with their unending interest and commitment to learning horsemanship. It is rare to not find them in attendance and ready to glean all they can from any and all kinds of learning opportunities. You ladies surely live the meaning of "Show Up!" and your commitment to doing so serves you well in your on-going horsemanship development. So proud of and impressed by you both! Way to go!

In Need of an
Indoor Arena?

HETRA is offering open riding times to the public at our new beautiful facility in Gretna, NE.

Visit the website at HETRA.org to:
- Find open arena dates and times
- Sign up for riding times.

The HETRA Tack Shack will also be open during riding times. Riders can browse the selection of used tack and show clothes for sale. Also accepting donations and consignment items.

The year ahead is brimming with fun and fruitful education opportunities and I am so excited to continue to serve and support you and your horse in your horsemanship goals! To help you discern the best route for you in your on-going horsemanship development, please peruse the The Path to Partnership below. I also want to extend a special invite to you to join us for our first annual Goal Setting Gathering on February 1st. Find details on it
and many of the other great upcoming events below.

I am ever humbled by your willingness to allow me to be a part of your horsemanship journey and am equally
grateful for the courage, authenticity and fervor you share with me as fellow students of the horse. Thank you!

2015, here we come!

Sincerely,
