To the Georgetown Community:

When I decided to started Diversability at Georgetown in 2009, I wasn't sure what would happen after I graduated. But it has been amazing to see the organization grow under the leadership of some of our founding working group members, including Eric, Jeff, Nancy, and Kate, and I've been even more impressed with the accomplishments of some of our former members.

Recently, Diversability has been absent on campus in the disability conversation--or even the diversity conversation for that matter--but I still believe in our mission and the impact we can have on the broader disability community.

That's why I've decided to expand Diversability past the campus. I'm rebuilding Diversability to a broader audience, starting here in NYC (with the help of some dedicated working group members across the U.S. and Canada). I'm excited to plan a relaunch event later this year.
