NEWSLETTER FEBRUARY 2015

LEGACY UPDATE

We understand that the Swan Wharf applicants informed the LLDC on 6 February 2015 that they no longer wanted their amended application (PA14/00262/FUL) to be determined by the Planning Committee on 24 February 2015.  The postponement is to allow them to "continue working with English Heritage and officers"; and the application may not go to committee until June 2015.

The Wallis Road applicants have recently submitted further information and consequently their application (PA14/00387/FUL) will not be determined by the Planning Committee on 24 February 2015.  The application may go to the Committee in March.

Newsletter February 1 contains the online petition for Swan Wharf and all the information needed for individual letters of objection to both applications.  If you haven't done so, please sign the petition or write a letter about Swan Wharf; and write a letter about Wallis Road.

Please also use the extra time to encourage others to sign/write; and write letters to newspapers as well as use social media to make Londoners aware of the serious threat to non-designated heritage assets in the Fish Island & White Post Lane Conservation Area, and in the Hackney Wick Conservation Area.
