Ribbon cutting set for new therapy pool and reopening of Mountlake Terrace Pool
The community is invited to celebrate the reopening of the Mountlake Terrace Pavilion's pool and the ribbon cutting of the new therapy pool from 4-7 p.m. on Feb. 20.  Free cake and coffee will be offered in the lobby and there will be a free recreation swim.  The therapy pool ribbon cutting will be at 6 p.m. 

Funding for the therapy pool was made possible by Verdant Health Commission.

Verdant's Couch to 8K Training Program
Whether you are physically active or want to make regular exercise a part of your lifestyle, plan to join Verdant’s Couch to 8K group forming in March. Physical therapist Shanon Tysland will lead participants through an 8 week program to train for Seattle’s annual Beat the Bridge Walk/Run.
