HUD Publishes NDRC Most Impacted and Distressed Unmet Recovery Need (MID-URN) Checklist Form

In response to comments received on the National Disaster Resilience Competition (NDRC) Notice of Funding Availability's (NOFA) 60-day Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) Notice, HUD has added a new form to clarify the Most Impacted and Distressed Unmet Recovery Need (MID-URN) threshold requirement. The MID-URN Checklist Form is included in the 30-Day PRA Notice. View the MID-URN Checklist Form.

NDRC applicants will be required to complete a checklist for each target area for grant expenditure in their application and submit it in addition to the most impacted and distressed threshold response narrative. On March 5, 2015 HUD will host a webinar to walk through the checklist and answer questions about the MID-URN requirement prior to the NDRC Phase 1 Submission Deadline.
