How does the 5-day raw detox work? Each day you receive all of your meals-- a delicious bag of gourmet raw food, including breakfast, snack, lunch, juice and supper. You choose between morning (before 9am) and evening (after 6pm) deliveries. All you have to do is enjoy the good food-- we make it, and your body takes care of the rest. There are lots of pictures of detox meals on the website if you want to have a closer look. The food is all vegan, raw, gluten-free and sugar-free. We do our best to meet special dietary needs, as long as you let us know in advance (and there may be menu alteration charges).
The cost of the 5-day detox is R1650 plus delivery charges-- send us your delivery address and we'll calculate those for you.
How does the 3-day juice cleanse work? Each day you receive a total of 3 litres of juice. That's 6 bottles, 500ml each, of freshly pressed vegetable and fruit juices. Or to be more precise, it's 5 bottles of juice and 1 bottle of nut milk, included to boost your protein intake during the cleanse. Why do a juice cleanse? It gives your digestive system a break, while you continue to take in lots of nutrients. This break will allow your body's natural detoxification processes to do their work, clearing out toxins that have accumulated in your body. At that same time, you'll be getting a huge boost of nutrients from the juices, which should help with mental clarity and energy.
You'll get your juices delivered every evening (after 6pm), to be consumed over the course of the next day. In addition, you'll receive an information pack to help guide and support you through the cleanse. The juice cleanse is R1200 for the 3 days, plus delivery charges. We try to use as much organic produce in the juices as possible.
Sign up fast to ensure your place on the detox(es)-- space is limited. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received, and bookings close on the Thursday before the detox begins (no bookings or refunds after that point). Please let us know of any allergies, intolerances or major dislikes at time of booking.
Force majeure: In the event of electricity outages or other circumstances beyond our control, we do our best to shift our production times/ location to continue to provide you with raw food or juices. However, if the problems are too extensive or long-lasting, we may have to cancel the remainder of your detox/ cleanse and refund you or credit you the unused portion.
