SPOTLIGHT ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Each month we will "spotlight" one of your NCMA North Texas Chapter Board of Directors. This month we spotlight Ms. Treva Grimshaw, 2014-2015 President of the BoD.

Treva has 30 years of Corporate Contracts/Subcontracts Management experience in Government, Commercial, and International Contracts.  The majority of her career has been with Defense Contractors as a Contract Manager. She received an undergraduate degree years ago and  recently went back to school and earned my M.B.A!

Treva joined the NTX Board to see if she could make a difference and, if as a Board Member, she could do something to grow the Chapter, as well as find a way to benefit the members of record and get them more actively involved. Being President this year has positively challenged her and stretched her in many ways.  As an example, she has been forced to become more comfortable in speaking to an audience.  She is energized by the Board Member’s enthusiasm to tackle and work through new opportunities. She feels honored to have been elected to serve as President for the NTX Chapter this year.

Treva is married with two grown children. She is an avid animal lover, especially dogs!
