How effective is your character?

If you've ever wondered how to create complex and engaging fictional characters, this is the workshop for you. Learn how to better understand your characters, and how you can shape them into compelling fictional people. Handouts will be provided.

About the trainer:
Verena Tay is a Singaporean author and storyteller, and also a theatre practitioner for over 25 years. She has published three collections of plays including In the Company of Women (2004) and In the Company of Heroes and Victimology (2011). She is an Honorary Fellow at the International Writing Program, University of Iowa.
