Oooh. An Electric Minivan.
Hi there,
So there were reports last week that Apple is building an electric minivan. The "they're going after Tesla" angle got a lot of play but what was maybe the bigger deal and announcement from last week was their $850 million agreement to buy solar power from First Solar.
Will Apple's move usher investment back into green tech? What do you think?
BTW, we've got a lot of Apple fans on the CB Insights team. I can't wait till one of them buys the minivan just because Apple made it.
Big exit. Investor rush.

Hamburglers

David Carr
David Carr, NY Times media columnist, passed away last week. He was witty, sharp-tongued and always fun to read. If you haven't seen it, check out "The Quotable David Carr" from the NYT.
And while many have been brainwashed by the "information wants to be free" nonsense that has become popular, Hunter Walk of Homebrew said it best.
Amen.
Best,
Anand
