Kids' St Paddy's Bike Parade!
Saturday March 7th
Decorations Begin at 9am, Parade Begins at 10am.
Hi Neighbors, one of our Homeowners is putting together a GREAT event for everyone. They are organizing a fun neighborhood event and would love everyone's help spreading the word. The event is free and all residents are welcome. Your neighbors (The Ogden's) at 200 Tucker Dr. would like to invite you to celebrate the Luck of the Irish with a Kids' St. Paddy's Bike Parade! All are welcome to join in the parade or watch along the parade route and cheer on our Awesome Kids! Free crafts will be provided for kids to come decorate bikes, ride on toys, and strollers for a small family friendly parade. We will have coffee, hot chocolate (donated by our friends at Cups in Crossgates) and yummy donuts.
The Parade will start at 10am CT. Parade Route: Parade will start at the intersection of Tucker Lane and Tucker Drive (driveway at 200 Tucker Dr), and move West on Tucker Ln, Turn Left on Tucker Crossing, Turn Left on Tucker Dr and end at Tucker Ln. Bragging Rights will be granted to the Lucky Winner who sports the most Irish spirit! Hope to see everyone dressed in green and ready to celebrate with the best neighbors in Brandon!!!
If you would like to donate Irish themed decorations you can do so at anytime between now and parade day to the Ogden Home. Items needed are: Shamrock cut-outs, balloons, flags, party glasses, table cloths, candy, etc. Please contact Christine, if you'd like to donate any items.

Inclement Weather: In case of rainout, the event will be moved to the following day, Sunday March 8th at 1pm (decorations at 1pm, Parade at 2pm). Please contact Christine at 601-398-8713, regarding schedule. Should we need to reschedule to Sunday, a Text Message will be sent out, using our Neighborhood Text Message Alert System. City of Brandon Seeks Public Input
for New Comprehensive Plan
As of 2pm CT today, the City's session at the Brandon Municipal Complex for our zone is STILL scheduled for this evening at 6pm CT. Should weather conditions cause a postponement, the City will post notice of such on their website.

The session will be held at the Brandon Municipal Complex, 1000 Municipal Drive. A map showing each character area will be available at www.cityofbrandon.net. NOTE: Our subdivision, Towne Station, is located in the "Southeast Brandon" area, which is the GREEN AREA of the map.

2015 Assessments - Due by Feb 28th
Remember, full payment of 2015 Assessments ($200) must be received by 02/28/2015. After that date, a $25 Monthly Late Fee will apply.
Invoices for 2015 Assessments were mailed out to Homeowners on January 5th 2015. On February 5th 2015, duplicate invoices are being mailed to Homeowners that have not yet paid, as a reminder (and in case you've misplaced the invoice). The duplicate invoice is NOT a new or additional invoice. It's simply a 2nd notice, as a reminder.
If you haven't received an invoice, please drop us a line, with your contact info (include your address and Lot#, if you know it), and we'll make sure you receive one.
Payments may be mailed to our PO Box, or you're welcome to pay online via credit card. No, there's no convenience fee or anything like that added in.
Please don't put your payment in a Board Member's mailbox... please mail it. Paying last minute? Remember, you can pay online as well.
