Our Zentangle workshop on February 28-
produced a number of images (some below). We found that "Zentangle®" is a noun and that when you make one, you are "tangling"!  Worth a look if you are into drawing/designing- Let us know if any of you might be interested in an Adult Zentangle® club!

Dundee Report:

Scrap Box team descended on the Dundee rest area this past Wednesday, March 4  to setup a display that will be up for the month. Stop by for rest if headed north on 23!

St. Patricks Stuff-

We have it! Ready for a rip-roaring celebration!

Tess Warn • 1952-2015

The Scrap Box has just learned that Sally “Tess” Warn died unexpectedly on Sunday, February 15, 2015. Many of you will remember her for her unique artistic creations displayed all over The Scrap Box. She may have helped you come up with a great idea for your group project. Maybe she encouraged you to submit pictures of your creations to add to our website. Or you may have been lucky to participate in a workshop she conducted. Her creative influence touched many, many lives.

For more than 20 years, Tess lent her talents to helping develop and grow The Scrap Box. Starting as a volunteer, she helped wait on customers, and started inventing new ways to use our materials with wonderful samples and many how-to-directions. As a staff member she spent many hours developing a new website and corresponding blog about recent events.

Tess’ spirit will live on at The Scrap Box; her vast examples of up-cycling creations blanket the store, continuing to inspire us all!
