Buck This Combine

Remember last fall?  When we did that thing where we canceled the Saturday morning classes and opened the gym up to everyone to come test their abilities in a variety of areas?

If you were here you remember.  A lot of personal bests were made, people did things they thought they couldn't, and we all worked out hard!  In addition, that Combine was great fun, and we're ready to do it again.

Part going away part for Stets (Stet's middle name is Buck), part fitness retest, Buck This Combine is your chance to test yourself at the following skills:

30 Minute Heat 1
2k Row
Max Double Unders in 2 minutes
1 Rep Max Back Squat

30 Minute Heat 2
400m Sprint
Max Set Unbroken Pullup
Max Handstand Hold or Unbroken Handstand Pushup
1 Rep Max Clean (power, full, hang, your choice)

30 Minute Heat 2
Max L-Sit
Max Unbroken Toes-to-Bar
1 Rep Max Shoulder to Overhead (press/push press/jerk)
 

Mark Your Calendars


March 28th @ 9:30am
3 Half Hour Heats (sign up for a heat at the gym)
Plan on a full 90 minutes to complete the combine
Arrive early to do a good warmup.  Doors will open @ 9am

Plan on being here (Stets would love to crush one more workout with you all), bring your A-Game, and lets ring the PR bell many many times!
