UPCOMING EVENT: Future of Finance : Putting Investors First

Putting Investors First is a world-wide initiative of CFA Institute to build awareness of the fiduciary duty to protect investor interest and unite financial professionals to reinforce their commitment to investors rights.

On Wednesday, March 11 Charley Ellis will speak on the Future of Finance: Putting Investors First. The founder and former managing partner of the Greenwich Associates, Ellis has served two terms as governor of the CFA Institute. He is one of only 12 people who have been honored for lifetime contributions to the investment profession. He has also authored 16 books.

Wofford College hoisted the RidgeWorth Investment Cup Feb. 21 as the Spartanburg, S.C. school bested some of the top universities in the region to win the CFA Institute Research Challenge - Southern Classic. The team now advances to the Americas Final. This year Atlanta is hosting both the Americas Final and the Global Final. More than 4,000 students representing 865 universities in 70 countries participate in the annual challenge.

In an effort to ensure we are attracting the next generation of finance and investment professionals, we are opening membership to Participant Associates and Student Associates.

Participant Associate requires completed application, payment and two sponsors. Participant associates are non-voting members with full society benefits.

Student Associate requires completed application, payment and two sponsors. Student Associates are non-voting associates with full society benefits. Student associate members receive a Free Live Mock Exam. Total Annual Dues: $ 45
