Good morning and welcome to the second REAPER Blog Update newsletter. This one will be shorter than last time. As always, if you have comments, suggestions, ideas  about anything please do get in contact.

1. Thank you

Thanks for reading the blog, watching the videos, subscribing to the newsletter, subscribing on YouTube, following on Twitter, and thanks for the donations in the tip jar.

2. Announcement:

The next Q & A video will be delayed slightly. I’m pushing the video back to coincide with 1500 Youtube subscribers. The next one will be at 2000, 2500, etc. These videos are significantly more trouble to make than a single-topic tutorial and I just need a bit more time between. They'll still be close to monthly.

3. Articles and Videos

February kicked off with a trio of tutorials by Kenny Gioia.
I did a really fun video tutorial on ReaPitch that also includes a variety of presets free to download.
Eduardo Vaisman from Ubisoft Toronto sent in an awesome guest post on how he uses REAPER for sound design in Far Cry 4. This might be the most popular article on the site yet.
Mid Feb the YouTube channel hit 1200 subscribes and the second REAPER Blog Q&A video went up. Its like 5 tutorials in one. Have you subscribed yet?
After that I put up a video demonstrating the differences between 24 and 32-bit recording formats, and why more bits might not be better. I think this cleared up a lot of confusion for a topic people didn’t even know they were confused about.
You may have missed this tutorial on relinking offline audio files from Sonic Orb Studios.
One of the most popular topics among mix engineers is drum sample replacement, I made a video demonstrating 4 methods in REAPER.

So that’s what happened on the blog last month. Tons of stuff coming up in March. Once again, your input and feedback is always welcome and appreciated.
