Help sell raffle tickets! The Knox Prairie Community Kitchen (KPCK) needs help at the Galesburg Sandburg Mall during the Western IL Builders Association Home Show.
Saturday, March 7

KPCK will man a booth to sell tickets for the Playhouse built by WIBA to benefit KPCK.

Bettendorf Schools is seeking volunteers to teach Junior Achievement life skill lessons to 3rd- and 4th-grade students. Scheduling is flexible, but volunteers would need to commit to teaching one lesson per week, for 5-7 weeks. All training and materials are provided. Interested? Call 309-793-4425

Home Delivered Meals Delivery Drivers needed
Rock Island County Senior Center/Project NOW needs volunteers to deliver meals to homebound individuals. Meal pick up is at Illini Hospital in Silvis.
Meals are delivered throughout Rock Island County, including: Moline, Rock Island, East Moline, Silvis, Carbon Cliff, Port Byron, Cordova, Hillsdale, Rapids City, Milan, and Coal Valley. Volunteers can ask to deliver in their area of choice.
Flexible schedules--choose days that work with your schedule. We have volunteers that volunteer daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly. All help is greatly appreciated.
Routes can be completed in about an hour. Volunteers will need reliable vehicle, proof of insurance, current driver’s license

SAL (formerly Skip-a-Long) is seeking volunteers to help with its childcare programs. Help would be appreciated in any of its campuses: Davenport, Moline, or Rock Island. Scheduling is very flexible, but a regular commitment of 4 hours per month is desired.
Volunteer activities include reading, assisting with napping, helping with bulletin boards, etc.
